I’d say that ‘snova’ has some ‘glimpse of hope’ within its connotation, like, when I’m starting again but hoping this time the outcome will be different. You’re correct about the annoyance in ‘opyat’ though

And ‘vnov’ is about doing something again and knowing that the outcome will be the same as the last time, but doing it nevertheless, like when you’ve accepted that something won’t be changed but you’re ok with it

@@artinosk Я изучаю русский два с половиной года. Сложность: 7. Нужно понимать грамматику по моему. Это славянский язык - трудный для американцев. Я почти всё читал без словаря. Конечно легче писать чем говорить. У меня время и подумать и исправлять ошибки, когда я пишу.
