Sharmander Canadian rocket candy would be like smarties in the U.S. and Canadian smarties would be like m&m's in the U.S.

mishmashmixofstuff As far as I know, the US doesn't have anything comparable to smarties! Canada also has M&M's that are the same as American M&M's. 😊

In my country, there’s actually a snack with a similar packaging to the pudding stick one, but ours is chocolate instead, kind of like Nutella. It’s meant to be a more efficient method on applying it on toast, you can just squeeze it on. It tastes pretty good, I love em.

Thank you Sharla for the interesting and enjoyable vlog ! Thank you Norm for sharing your secret places ! Especially Dagashi-bar is so nice. I will keep it in my mind so that when some persons related with my business visit to Japan I can guide them to there. And that story you guys talked in this vlog about the icing on the Walmart's cake is so funny because you seemed to definitely agree with each other on it and I can imagine it even though I don't know of what is the cake like or what is the birthday party situation like ! Almost of all the snacks you tried here are very familiar to many Japanese in their childhood, including me. That's also one of the reasons making this clip more interesting : )

Also, internet highfive for scraping off the crappy frosting! All my family LOVES it. Husband eats my scraped off frosting. Makes me gag. Not only is that waaaaay to much sugar for me. Yes, Smsrties are our rocket candies. Though in the 80's we has something called Bottle caps which where like a smartie that turned into gum, that was soda flavored.
