What nonsense, the "alleged" buff is a joke. The planes are still too strong. If the reload of the AA must be faster, firepower high, not flairbar or faster reload of the flairs, from 3 kilometers is the death zone for planes, so this is just Modern Air instead of Modern Warships, pure bullshit from the developers.

Iam back baby yeaah sorry late because my smartphone get stoolen. Now for the rebalance aa is not because is good againt plane and missile, its only good againt plane not missile. So dev rebalance it so aircrarft didnt die very quick but they buff the detonation range and attack range so its effective againt missile.
