Thank you for sharing this ❤ narcissists are the worst. My mom always told me to find a man, that loves you more, than you love him. As women, we are nurturers. We will give and give, and narcissists bet on that. They are takers, with no remorse. Be careful who you pour in to. ❤️ love yourself and trust your intuition. If it feels wrong, it probably is. Love doesn't hurt.

After a argument or fallout with them there is a spirit of confusion that will attack your mind and try to take your peace. Stay strong Chriss. You are a good woman with beautiful energy. Goosebumps. I can relate so much. Projection is definitely a very immature way to cope, cause it's basically avoiding responsibility in a nasty way (and the funny thing is, when a narc is projecting, he is basically speaking about himself. So unconsciously they do have self-reflection. They're just scared to go inside themselves/look in the mirror into the depths of their own soul) To become free of validation is a process I guess, but when we learn this we become so powerful, the energy vampires will just stay away. It's one of my greatest goals in life. Agreed. It is always important to remember that it takes two to run a relationship. When you don't even seem to want to entertain the idea of self accountability then there's a serious problem. A relationship not only needs you holding the other person accountable but yourself as well. That is how you build together and thrive!

I'm of the belief that there are no absolutes in life, so no, ONE person can't completely destroy a relationship. But one person can give more to the relationship than the other. So, I agree that once you see that the relationship isn't serving you two equally, you should part. Take time to learn and love yourself, and hopefully usher in the right person the next time around.
