Fun fact: The game's cutscenes where animated by a group of Russian animators led by Igor Razzboff from St. Petersburg who where flown to the United States for the project. They worked on the cutscenes for six months in a small apartment in Boston.

Firstly, Hyrule is a Huge area, second, The King cannot guarantee that the floors are all in Monster free areas. In any case, The King seems to actually punish the guy after the scrubbing.

Basically, nintendo was working with sony to create a cd add-on for the snes, but little Before the project was shown to the public, Nintendo backed off from the deal and partnered with philips instead.
