There’s several distinct animation styles. One person makes everything move like liquid. Another likes to do dramatic zoom-ins. One of them animates almost completely in key frames and everything looks choppy. At least one person on the team can animate super well as evidenced by Militron’s extra smooth “Now, you must die” scene. Honestly the liquidy/zooming animators could probably get away with doing art films.

Fun fact: The game's cutscenes where animated by a group of Russian animators led by Igor Razzboff from St. Petersburg who where flown to the United States for the project. They worked on the cutscenes for six months in a small apartment in Boston.

I think I just figured it out... Goronu = pride Harlequin = greed Militron = wrath Glutko = gluttony Don’t know anyone else in this game that can represent the other three. Maybe that necklace lady is lust, the drunk guy is sloth, and the ice queen is envy (kinda of stretch)...

Back in 1993, this was admittedly impressive. It was rare to get FMV cutscenes that played between gameplay portions, let alone animated ones, and it had the Zelda name. I can see this being mind-blowing to Zelda fans back in the day. Looking back, it's hilarious, but we can't ignore history.
