I'm sorry! There for a while I was pumping every 2 hours to build up my supply! lots of Calories, water and supply and demand are my best tips.

You need to pump every 2 hrs sometimes every hour if you can for a few days for the first 3 months. At least every 2 to 3 hrs with one 4 hr stretch at night

I’m about to be 5m pp. I wish I could pump this much 😢 I’m lucky to get 20oz and I pump 5-6x a day sometimes I try to squeeze in an extra.

I enjoyed watching this video! Thanks for sharing I currently use the S12 Pro and really want to try the M5 …do you tend to leak when you go the entire night without pumping? I noticed I tend to leak while sleeping if I go the entire night once I’ve done my last pump of the night.

I used to leak all the time until I hit around 5 or so months. It was so irritating.
