If NY had a great backup center they would have had a better chance at winning the 1999 Championship. Chris Dudley was a bum. Allan Houston should have made more All-Star teams. Nobody was shooting the ball better than him during the 02-03 season.

Don't get me wrong, I liked Houston, but I wished he had more of a killer instinct in his prime. He averaged 20, but probably could have averaged 25-30. He had the talent.

After Latrell Spreewell, Houston is my favorite Knick, but he didn’t do much outside if scoring. GMs mostly remember him as a one dimensional player.
