Doc Snipes! Thank You! These are the most important things we don’t learn in school: How to be happy. How to be ourselves. How to love ourselves. How to heal ourselves. (and maybe others too :) Your videos are very useful, and so important, a kind of manual for the human mind-brain. Have a nice way! I wish you love and happiness! You're a beautiful soul-surgeon and much more :D!

I listened to my very 1st video of this series ever, prior to this one, & IT WAS GREAT INFO! I fell asleep listening to it actually. Somewhere in it, because there were 2 hosts, was a light hearted moment with a little laughter. I don't remember, I fell asleep 😴 But guess what?!?! I finally had a happy dream. I woke up laughing!!! I NEVER laugh when I'm awake. I had such a great dream- and it was a funny one -that I woke up laughing!😆 Thank you, thank you very much for the healing words that you all are giving through these videos. They truly make a difference.

I love these tips and I’m grateful for you taking the time to share them but I don’t like the idea of comparing yourself to others and being grateful that we aren’t as poorly off as others may be. It just seems mean spirited like saying “yeah I have some issues but at least I’m not a quadriplegic.” Everyone is different and it seems like a bad idea to compare yourself to someone else. I think a better alternative would be to find some stories of recovery and save them to reread on tough days when you need a reminder that there’s always hope to get better 💜

You SHOULD GET A TOP THAT SAYS IM SENSITIVE AND TRYING TO HEAL my soul , people are more respectful and helpful then you realise once you tell them the truth it’s no longer a issue !!!I drunk alcohol for 15 years straight, hiding my anxiety and showing a fake happiness joking around when drunk… then I turned to OxyContin for a couple years, yes those was the best years of my life but now I’m sober and have lost my motivation. So I quit work a month ago and started exercised like a prize fighter , 115kg down to 109kg in no time.

Thanks & good job. Why don't you go back to bed? Why do you force yourself to wake up when your body wants to sleep (during the day)? Is work a toxic relationship? 🤔😕😉

@@annesmith1491 Why? Are you trying to conform to toxic societal expectations (wage slavery)? Do what makes you happy. Stay up if that feels good & natural. I have a friend who is nocturnal. He got a night shift job.

I am absulutly not convinced on the forgivness is a powermove thing. I mean not being consumed by anger that you can't concentrate towards something good, okay. But the way it's presented just makes me go bah
