That doesn’t make you better than anyone. I knew a mean psychologist. That I realize that thinking in black and white is not helpful. That I realize that there is probably nice psychologists, but I never met a nice psychologist. It’s harder to become a nurse. That is what I believe. My psychologist screamed, “You are a very sick person if you think like that!!!!!!” And then she slammed the phone down. This is rude and unprofessional. We paid her lots of money for herself to be a jerk. And dumb people call me a half Jew so they have an excuse that I like them. I had a man follow me home. I called the police and they really didn’t care and I don’t like the police. I guess as a human, I don’t feel like the police are on my side except for this one time when my neighbors were playing loud music at 2:30 am. I used to make complaints about noise. Sometimes at 3:00 am in the parking lot. Sometimes outside playing music in the parking lot. You would here a man yell, “Let’s make some noise!” When I have to get up early and you don’t, mind my peace and quiet. I deserve it.

It's very hard when there is constant slander from Mom and sister. It's very painful and suffering is offered to God as a sacrifice to help others that will help themselves as He sees fit. My children are brainwashed and they have nothing nice to say to me also. I think they a very low self-esteem problem as they find it very satisfying and happy to insult and degrade me. I'm not perfect and ashamed of my family and enemies behavior but I really needed this.

It's difficult when pathological critic is your mother... as kid we have tendency to seek parental approval and this habit is carried in adulthood in workplace too. And it takes lot of self work, it's losing your old self.

"should" shouldn't put pressure on you UNLESS you know you should have done it. If you fail to not realize the obvious OR rebuke wisdom then you should feel the weight of that decision. Your "conscience critic" is your enforcer to keep you on track to your goal. If you don't realize the consequences then you will make the mistake that will erode your good foundation.
