Thank you for doing this great vlog and giving parade times. I’m going end of March and I’m thrilled with the expanded food choices. This is my 4th attempt on going but I have my Universal hotel and airline tickets booked this time.

I appreciate the heads up on the discounted Mardi Gras food and beverage card. My granddaughter will be there for a number of days during the celebration for her high school graduation trip and I like the idea of giving her money for the card which would be both a souvenir and provide food money for trip. I assume she can’t use at hotels? This will be first year her high school is doing their four night stay at universal with two Disney visits versus four nights at Disney with one day at universal. The feedback from last years trip was “ more universal”.

I was there on Monday and had the king cake which was dry and not good (not even sure if it's like a king cake from NOLA) and then I had the bloody mary. I had never had a bloody mary before and I LOVED it! If you like tomato juice, V8, or salty/savory flavors, give it a try! it came with bacon, celery, a pickle, peppers, cheese, and a big shrimp in it! Basically a meal in a glass. We had a great time at the Mardi Gras celebration and I'd love to go again for this event!
