Voice from fan in China: I still remember the moment when I watched my lifetime 1st NBA game with my dad in our living room. That was Philly vs LA final. I didn’t know NBA quite much at that time. But I do remember there was a guy in white jersey fighting his best against the other team. The other team was strong but that guy just never gave up. He was a real fighter. Later in my life there were down times when I just felt like I couldn’t make it. At moment like that I would think of that guy in that final game. AI’s spirit keeps inspiring me. Now I’m 32 yo and have a doctorate degree with a decent job. I love you AI!

Knew of him first through the incident that almost ruined him. Later through bits of his college and NBA time. His speech is one for the history books and needs to be immortalized on film.
