The Best Tape Dispenser for your Shop!

This is a great wood tape dispenser that holds 8 different rolls of tape. Makes a great addition to your shop. You can make one out of scrap wood and things you probably already have around your shop. This is a simple project you can make in a couple of hours.

Great project Tom. Tip on the rod slots, angle them slightly forward so that when you pull the tape, it naturally pulls the dowel into the slot and the tape won’t try to jump out of the station. Keep ‘em coming!!!

Awesome job. If you wanted to leave some slack you could angle the tapes higher or lower instead of being leveled so the pull away section has room for your finger

Good video! I've been wanting to build one of these for a while (actually 2...one for the craft room). But today, I'm actually brainstorming ideas for building storage in one of my kitchen drawers for foil, plastic wrap, etc. I was thinking a design similar to this might work. Any thoughts on that?

I have never done that because my drawers are too small for all the rolls I would need to put in them. My drawers are filled with other useful items so I can't give up all that space. The problem with building drawer dividers is that the dividers will also take up some valuable drawer space. I guess it depends how big your drawers are.
