The changes in the housing market are crazy since this was first televised. Young couples have such a hard time now getting onto the property ladder and it just continues to get worse.☹️

I bid on a house in Bournemouth that needed a new roof, 92k and I got it for 87k and had a new roof with guarantee for 3k, then sold for 163k, so very happy, now in Cyprus, waiting for Kirsty??

Interestingly the Letchworth couple’s house is less charming with their decor. Those red sofas are not a good choice

they’ve made it into a lovely home. The red sofas- while adding colour -are more imposing than the former ones. it’s not just the colour but the arms. with a white cover on the one by the window and a more muted throw over the one by the wall,, it could be pretty much toned down. They are both lovely couples. One can only wish them the best.
