The Biden admin’s radical redefinition of “sex” in Title IX puts women and girls in danger. Learn more: adflegal.org/titleix
Girls deserve to be safe in their own spaces. But by redefining “sex” in Title IX to include gender identity, the Biden administration would force schools to allow males who identify as females into girls’ private spaces like restrooms, locker rooms, and showers.
The Biden administration claims its Title IX rule changes will not affect sports, but there is no way to redefine “sex” in Title IX without negatively impacting female athletes.
ADF has filed five lawsuits challenging the Biden administration’s unconstitutional Title IX rule changes, and we will continue to advocate for the safety and privacy of all women and girls.

Title IX has successfully robbed money from profitable men's sports programs to fund women's sports schlorships. Women's sports should be for women but men should be guaranteed an equal number of academic schlorships to women as well. Right now 65% of colllege graduates are women because of unequal treatment for men. The only area where men still lead is in STEM because most women don't want to go into those fields, not because of any descrimination against them. Women are being offered preferential treatment there as well in order to get more women into those fields. There needs to be equal treatment of men in academics so they don't have to go to the lengths of passing as a female in order to get an education.
