Gender ideology a 'pervasive' and 'toxic' influence in western culture: Matt Walsh

Author and commentator Matt Walsh says as discovered in his documentary, 'What is a Woman?', gender ideologues "certainly cannot define the term".
"It starts with just recognising that gender ideology is this pervasive, toxic influence in our culture across the world, across the western world anyway" Mr Walsh told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
"And also realising that in spite of the fact it's been so successful in claiming so many people's minds, it is really quite hollow at its core."
He said just a couple of questions "really bring down the whole house of cards", starting with the question he poses in his documentary: "what is a woman?".

I know someone who had a beautiful little girl who decided she wanted to be a boy at age 12. Her pediatrician gave her hormones and now this beautiful little girl is an unhappy, hairy, acne covered hulk with a beard who wears a skirt and mascara to school and is now much more unhappy than she was in the first place. I believe if someone wants to start the process at 18 or 21 yrs of age, that is their choice, but if they are not mature enough to drink alcohol or even vote, how can any Dr in good conscience prescribe life altering medications at age 12 is unbelievable

Up until the age of 12 I always felt like a "boy trapped in a girls body" because I wasn't your typical feminine girl, I was a tomboy and just didn't fit in. Fast forward to being 27, a mum of 4, and have really grown into womanhood and LOVE it! It scares me to think about what would have happened if this crazy gender ideology was around when I was younger, how confused I would be, how my mother would have been guilt tripped into changing my gender. When I was 14 I wanted to have a tattoo so badly. My parents would not allow me to have one. Delaying surgery until a person is mentally sound enough to undergo it and understand that its irreversible is absolutely vital. But of course, some people can't get this through their thick heads. I am bisexual, I did not come to terms with my sexuality until my mid 20s. More to the point, where are all these transgender kids coming from? There were nowhere near as many as this only a few years ago. Sex dysphoria is a very rare condition in the brain and leads a person to feel like they were born in the wrong body. It is something that requires a proper diagnosis (unlike a sexuality). I am having a VERY hard time believing that there are this many people with the condition. I call bullshit on at least half of them.

I eliminated Dairy straight off and inside of 3 weeks, I was back to living a life without pain killers, I ditched the wheelchair. Thought, “this is interesting, what else about my diet that I thought was good, actually is hurting me?” I looked at how my father, mother, sister and grandmother had died of the so-called “healthy” Standard American Diet, and concluded that if it was so “healthy” as claimed, why were cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, brittle bone, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, asthma, constipation, insomnia, eczema, plaguing us? Previous generations did not have all these things? I found the research of “The China Study” very revealing about the cause and also the reversal of cancer, very interesting, and thought to myself “if I don’t learn from the deaths of those I loved my whole life, then their deaths were in vein.” I am now Vegan 10+ years and what I am missing is the list of diseases I listed above. Moreover, I lost 60 lbs. My husband also went Vegan as he had had prostate cancer and once one has had cancer, did the surgery get all the cancer cells or did some metastasize to a new location(s). My sister had breast cancer and it went into the lungs, the bones and her brain, she died in agony. Eating more simply is a better way. That is one way I have thought for myself, it does not mean my research is at an end, but I just do not want to be brainwashed and as I result, I got my health back. I only take medication should I get the occasional infection, other that that, I live without meds, also alcohol and coffee, adde those to the “be avoided” category. And I am sleeping better. We were very curious as children and since the gov’t treats us like kids, then be curious and learn a bit every day instead of just watching videos for news or to make you laugh or posting on Facebook, learn about how to be healthy. That knowledge will reap you dividends.

I watched this excellent documentary some time ago but it still puzzles me when I see a medical doctor “assuming that the chicken is female” after seeing it lying eggs. What? I thought you have to have background in basic biology to get to the medical school. And that suicide thing… well some people get suicidal when they loose their fortune. I absolutely agree with matt, iam an early years teacher and at the moment my son loves elsa Anna tiaras and wants to wear my jewellery 😊 but that doesn't mean he wants to change his gender. The "do no harm" principle has been completely dismantled now due to the feelings narrative causing harm. When you get gender assigned at birth (also in the documentary) being harmful or doctors getting disciplined/cancelled for advising about excess weight as being fatphobic we have lost.

Because anyone can just slap on a statement and say that’s a “truth” and go with it. I can just say “Women are just smarter and that’s the truth” and use whatever study that favors my agenda to back that up? Does that necessarily make it the truth? No. The results of science has always been influenced by social gender stereotypes and you still have doctors who are affected by gender bias. This whole only men and women as a gender is based off of a Eurocentric Christian viewpoint. You can talk about biological sex in general but what about people why are born XXY but born female presenting or a guy who turns out to have functions ovaries? It’s their life you are talking about, not yours, only they can decide what they want to call themselves
