I completely agree with abortion pictures being out in the Public Square. When I was pregnant at 15 years old I was at a Pregnancy Resource Center and I saw a picture of an aborted baby in a red bucket that was the same gestation as the baby I was carrying, it changed everything for me. Did you hear Senator Elizabeth Warren recently talking about "we have to shut down crisis pregnancy centers!"?? That was the most disturbing thing I've heard in ages because it shows what she - and sadly I don't think she's alone in this - truly thinks about the lives of babies in the womb. She's not even pro 'choice', if she wants to remove the choice of receiving the wonderful help and support and love you and others are doing in and through the crisis pregnancy places.

I’m so sorry. I recently had a friend tell me she had an abortion. She said it was necessary and she knows she made the right choice. I can tell she feels bad about it. She said it was the hardest thing she’s gone through. Couldn’t even say the word abortion. I have so much compassion for women who have had abortion and aren’t very informed. I feel like the lies women are told make them think it’s alright in certain cases. At the time did you have any nagging feelings that it was wrong to get one? I genuinely want to understand. I certainly don’t want to make my friend feel bad about it and I responded with love and compassion because I felt such sorrow for her loss, and also the things she believed about it. I know she loves her kids that currently has, so I can’t imagine what feeling she holds inside about the one she chose not to meet 😭.

@amylynnhunt555 ай бұрын
You might want to not only send links, but send a brief note, Pastors get so much mail, and don't always have time to fully check out everything. I used to book concerts for a Christian musician who toured mostly churches, I had never done anything like it before so I got to learn about red tape and "We only talk about activities on Tuesdays" etc. The easier you can make it for a Pastor - or even talk to other staff, I got to know who knew how to run the sound system and what staff member would sit and talk with me and listen to the music.

The whole abolitionist movement is a reaction to the redefinition of "pro-life" which is what he is talking about. Most early pro-life people were what AR holds today. @@greggpurviance7252 interesting I didn’t know that. I just personally can’t get on board with the “pro life” movement because of the attacks they’ve had on legislation that would’ve criminalizing abortion. Which is why I don’t support Live Action etc. I’ve also heard a lot of abolitionist risings debates with pro life people and I completely disagree with their views. Anyone who commits murder should be held accountable for their actions. Also, if abortion was criminalized I believe it would led to less abortion deaths because women would fear the consequences.

@@HopeDotey many who consider themselves "pro-life" even today, hold that abortion is homicide but have no clue there is an "abolitionist" organization or perhaps position. They use pro-life to mean abortion is the intentional killing of the baby with consiquent leagal ramifications. AR focuses their negativity of "pro-life" on the now unfortunate breadth of term now including to be honest views from what AR supports to exceptions (mother is a victim, rape, incest, 16 weeks, etc) to anti death penalty to hugging trees. AR spacifies a position, I agree with, that abortion is homicide & abortion should be abolished. For them by Federal statutes, but state by state if need be. (by the way, homicide is the action, charges are specific ie 1st, 2nd degree murder, manslaughter & so forth by context like every other homicide)

Please consider uploading the history portion of this episode and renaming. People NEED to know this history, and I people aren't going to know that is what this episode is about. Yes, we need to be aware of these pastors, but everyone needs to know about this history. Please please do this so people can share this information with a telling title.❤

Praise God for this episode!! This has been very sturring and inspiring. I live in Oregon where the abortion industry and progressivism is rampent. I am looking forward to reading the book soon!

One thing I can not wrap my head around is how many in the disability inclusion community can be prochoice. The first opportunity for inclusion is to be born. A lot of abortions are babies with suspected down syndrome (amniocentisis is not 100% accurate. It gives false positives.) Or other disabilities that is pre-screening. The only purpose of these screenings is to then offer an abortion.

In reality. These people of inclusion. Do not value life. Not even their own.

Totally agree…I worked at WIC for 10 years and lost count of how many pregnant moms said they were afraid their babies were going to be DS because the Dr. said the amniocentesis showed this. The majority of these babies were not DS. I was so thankful that these Moms decided to not listen to the advice to kill their precious and beautiful babies, DS or not DS.

Sadly the pro disability stance is only a thin facade. The pro abortion stance is their true heart. As Keri Smith explains the ones with kind hearts are drawn into the cult through kind sounding positions and gradually indoctrinated to not question anything the “leaders” say.

so many people especially in church have NOT been taught by their so called supposed to be smart pastor about how and why God created and designed mankind the way he did......therefore without biblical knowledge its sometime hard to stand for what you are not sure of........plus when society devalues life they also devalue the unborn....a society that rejcts god like this nation has can only end up in the condition we are now in...man becomes his won god and all things are relative...no absolutes.......heres the example.....a college professor asked his students what would they do if they knew ahead of time that the baby to be born would be autistic and possibly have other defects what would they do.......95% said abort the baby......he looked at them and then told them thay just took the life of MOZART.......

Pre-Ordered his book! Thank you Allie for having him on, this episode was jam packed with knowledge. I’ve done my own studying on this and have heard majority of what he has share- but it was info that was spread out among so many podcasts and articles and unfortunately not always including citations. This and his book will be a great resource to point someone to on this topic! God bless you both and the work you’re doing!!

Lila Rose is also another great viice for the unborn. She's been doing amazing work for 15 years showcasing the horrors of Planned P-hood.

Dear Allie, I am sorry that I can't hear you and Seth and George Grant and all the others speak next week at Life or Death Con, because I wasn't able to take those days off from work. I pray for the conference and hope it's good!

So grateful that you had Seth on! I am desperate to know what the church north of Seattle that Seth mentioned is. I am a born and raised north Seattle gal, and I have NEVER heard a pastor speak against abortion from the pulpit. I'd love to know where there is a solid, fearless, bible preaching church in my area.

A lot of churches have a website where you can listen to the sermons. You may also be able to find them (possibly) on KZbin, or Spotify via their website links. Check them out and see if you can make sure they AREN'T WOKE 1st of all.

Mary Beth, Have only listened to a portion of this video and have to chime in on the subject of Pastors who “only want to preach the Gospel”. Have these Pastors ever read Paul’s epistles? Finishing 1 and 2 Corinthians-Does Paul not spell out how we are to live in light of the Gospel? Did Jesus not tell us how to handle discipline in the church? Did Jeremiah and all the prophets not risk their lives to impact the culture with God’s word? What about all the martyrs who have gone before us. These are the spiritual sacrifices we are called to-for the glory of God. Thank you for your ministry and how you and your guests speak truth into our culture!
