Burt Mustin (Mr. Quigley) was born in 1884 and lived until 1977. I can't imagine all of the changes he saw in his lifetime. Incredible.

The best sitcom ever! Period!

In real life, Mustin was actually 88 at this time. He'd outlive this episode by 4 years, dying in '77 at the age of 92.

I instantly recognized Burt Mustin as the “old man”. He was a brilliant actor who played hundreds of cameo roles in TV shows and film-far too many to list here. What a legend.

He is great! He was on The Brady Bunch when Bobby was glamourizing Jesse James- it really hit home to Bobby when Mr. Brady invited him into their home and he told Bobby, "Jesse James KILLED my father...." .....VERY effective.

Good ole Burt Mustin. He popped up countless times in movies and TV shows in the 50's 60's and 70's. He always got work and I could not list everything I have seen him in over the years. Around the same time of this episode, he also had a cameo on "Sanford and Son" in a nursing home scene with Fred.

I remember him in a scene in "Sanford and Son" at a nursing home asking Fred Sanford, "How would you like a good game of shuffleboard?" Fred replied, " How would you like one across your lip?" Funny moment there😅😅😅

@@michelereay4816 No, it has to do with inflation, brought on by this brain dead old mummy in the White House. The more money you print the less the dollar is worth. Notice there was no inflation between 2016-2020. Jobama declared war on domestic energy, shut down drilling and pipelines, that's why heating oil price has doubled. I hope it's a very long cold winter for the low IQ leftists that voted for Jobama.
