SHEET-PAN GNOCCHI RECIPE: (credit www.bonappetit...)
½ large red onion, cut into ½"-thick wedges
4 large garlic cloves, unpeeled
2 pints cherry tomatoes
1 17.6-oz. package shelf-stable or refrigerated potato gnocchi
4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided, plus more for drizzling
1 tsp. Morton kosher salt, divided, plus more to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 cups baby arugula
1 cup basil leaves
2 oz. Parmesan, shaved

Looks delicious!! First time i had gnocchi was in New York....at this quant Italian restaurant recommended by the taxi cab driver...it was a small family owned place....so delicious...he even waited for us to give us a special tour of New York we were on our honeymoon...then off to Canada 🇨🇦 Niagara Falls...it was a dream come true.....tyfs will try that special dish...yummy

Love these only I toss the pasta in a variety of coatings before frying. Either cinnamon sugar or taco mix powder or paprika or fajita powder or a mixture of onion/garlic powder, grated parmesan and dried chives. I like your gnocci recipe and will definitely try.

Yummy dishes as always. I used to make pasta chips when I went to a SlimmingWorld group probably twenty years ago. We would make them from lasagne sheets cut into triangles and seasoned with paprika or garlic salt so they were like Doritos. They were a low fat alternative to potato chips.

The way you are pronouncing gnocchi is correct for the American pronunciation but wrong for the Italian pronunciation. All of my older relatives speak Italian so I was taught to pronounce it the Italian way. I was convinced for a long time that most people were pronouncing gnocchi incorrectly until I finally did some research and found out that the pronunciation is just different in different countries. The British pronunciation is also different. But anyway, the dishes you made in this video look absolutely delicious! I definitely need to try them 💖
