FYI that hole in the cutting board, it's not just there to create a handle, it's also for transferring food from your board to your bowl, plate, pot etc. Give it a try - place the hole (or one side of the hole) over your bowl and you won't spill anymore of your food onto the counter during the transfer 😉

Tip from a pro: When grating cheese using a box grater, turn it on its side like a mandoline or at an angle, (think if you were holding a saw) whichever is more comfortable while holding the handle. Makes it SO much easier and makes more sense, don’t know why we all hold it upright by default 😅

Ok this recipe looks delicious!! One little hack/tip you might find useful: when you scrape something off of the cutting board, always use the top of the knife, it’ll keep your knife from dulling as quickly!!
