My husband was hospitalized last year for gut stomach issues and could not find a definite root cause either! here’s some things we learned that have helped us over this last year. By no means a doctor but hopefully this could help you! 1. Avoiding acidic foods like black coffee, pickled vegetables, kombucha 2. Avoiding dairy, gluten, spicy foods 3. Looking into a low fodmap diet 4. Incorporating a probiotic supplement daily Finding myself in a very similar season of life just like you 💜 thank you for sharing your struggles and lovely videos with us

I want to affirm and encourage you to wait until you have peace about starting a family because I’m sure you’re feeling pressure from people in your life and online! I had my first baby 6 weeks ago and while it’s the most beautiful journey, it’s also the most challenging! So I encourage everyone to wait until the Lord puts it on your heart! You’ve got lots of time girl! Love your content so much! Always feel like I’m hanging out with a friend! 😘 blessings!

“Sharing is cute” 😂❤️ You two are too adorable. Thank you for sharing your family planning journey! I’m currently pregnant with our first and it’s definitely not something to get into lightly. I think your recognition that it’s not something that you feel comfortable with right now is so important and you should listen to those God whispers! God will prepare you perfectly when it happens, but there’s nothing wrong with waiting until you feel him saying it’s the right time. 💕

Thank you SO MUCH for sharing so candidly about your desire and journey to motherhood. My situation is quite different from yours; I was widowed going on a year and a half ago. I was 23. We had a 2 year old son. I have been so blessed to have recently gotten engaged, and the topic of more children comes up so often now. Obviously, something like what I have been through drastically changes who you are as a person, your desires, and the life you now see for yourself. Having more children has been a very sensitive topic for me since when my husband died, my desire to have a bigger family, died too. I have had so many conflicting feelings about admitting that to myself and to my fiancé, but I feel so encouraged to hear the way you don’t put pressure on yourself in regards to the topic of motherhood. It’s so refreshing to hear your heart and how you lean into the Lord’s guidance rather than societal pressures. Just felt it on my heart to share that💕

Hi Allison, I never comment, but felt like I needed to for this! My husband suffered for 15 years with gut/digestive issues. He went to doctor after doctor, did all sorts of procedures and tests. Then out of desperation looked into Nutritional Response testing. To some it seems sort of voodoo like and honestly if I wouldn't have seen the complete change myself, I would think so too. Maybe someone has already mentioned this, but it was a game/life changer for him and I couldn't not tell you about it in case you want to research it. I have loved your channel for a long time!

My husband has gone through Thyroid CA (now in remission - thank you Lord) - and we have put off several decisions because what he is going through is so important to work through and that needs to be our focus as a family. So rest assure - you will make the choice that suits your family the best! I ❤ your videos. Very inspiring, uplifting, and brings light to the platform! I watch every video.

Hi, my fiancé had some stomach issues and it’s still not fully resolved, though on the right path. He originally would wake up, vomit (just bile) and have the poops throughout the day. It got worse to a point he wouldn’t eat, lost a ton of weight and just called out of work and would sleep all day from being so fatigue. We started with at home changes, we cut out all junk food, no fast food and home made meals only, zero alcohol and logging everything. All day events, how much sleep he got, water intake, food eating, working out or not, what he drank etc. As we waiting for appointments (since this all happened during covid, it was hard to get into a doctor and zoom was our option most of the time) we went to target and did that blood test you can purchase to see if there’s any allergies etc. Its not SUPER accurate BUT a nice eye opener… something we love (like you love coffee) we are BIG tea drinkers, him black tea, I green tea. Well-turns out his stomach decided he drinks TOOOO much black tea and it was the number 1 offender on the allergen test-CRAZY! So, he started to take that out of his diet, amongst other things and saw a small improvement. We got a some other testing done, had a gastro thing done where they stick a camera to check his intestines, more blood work, checked for ulcers-nothing. We also had to retrain his body to eat, we started with a very bland diet, added food as weeks went on and smaller meals more times a day, plus he started working out and less black tea… We still do not know 100% what is wrong, it’s a start on the right path. He has since put 30 lbs on, goes to the gym 5 days a week and eats about 4 times a day and has good bowel movements and only has black tea sprinkled here and there… he also should avoid cheese (dairy) and added more protein to his diet plus a probiotic. Anywho- idk if this will help you in any form. My fiancé is lean like your husband, so l know the pain you feel when you see your partner just sick, sucks. I’m hopeful your Brandan will feel better and some relief soon. Feel free to ask any questions, I’m sure my fiancé can give you more info on his personal feelings through the process and how he seems to have become comfortable again. Just message us if so! Love your videos!

This is exactly what I tell my younger brother constantly. We’re both planners and dreamers.. but I’ve learned to let go when things don’t work as planned and make the best of it. My brother unfortunately gets very anxious and depressed over it. Its heart breaking because I know it’s hard to let go. I’m always telling him and even myself sometimes… “It’s great to have a plan to set the direction you want your life to go, but let the current take you through it. The journey to the end might be better than you planned.” Hoping you can keep yourself at peace as you are now 💕

Out of no where I started to have digestion issues and i was bloated (so bloated it was painful and it hurt to walk bc of how big my stomach got), I didn’t poop for days, peed 8 times an hour and every time I peed, it felt like I didn’t get everything out and less then 5 minutes I had to pee so bad and would go and almost no pee would come out . I went to the holstic nutritionist and did muscle test repose test and found out that I cant eat diary and wheat so i stopped eating all of that and sugar and then took vitamins and prune medicine to help me poop and now I am 100 better After months of having the worst pains and gas. My suggestion is to stop eating diary and bread and sugar and see how he feels in a month . Much love and get well Brandon !

Also had gi issues all my teen years and coeliac clinic couldn't help, found out myself it was mild intolerance to egg. Hope things get easier and you can find the answer for him. Gi issues are so hard when you're in the centre of it and have unknown for it as well. Hope you can find peace and rest in this period of pain and unknown. 🤗🙏 Definitely know what you mean about seeking peace and not peace in seasons even when it's something we really want and could do great like you and motherhood, but sometimes we just aren't in the right season for something. Sometimes we are called into a season of waiting, of more preparedness and resting and growing before we can enter into the season we have been yearning for. 💙

We've been going to doctors having tests etc. but no answers yet so also putting a pause on parenthood. Something that I'm struggling with as I'm soo excited to be mother but at the same time understand we both need to be at our best to fully invest in and appreciate the journey to parenthood. Wishing you both patience and peace through this season and hope you get answers soon! Keep on smiling 🙂 Ashley xx

I'm grateful for the suggestions and that it was nothing serious and it will have to be a process of elimination for me. Heliobactor pylori bacteria flareup can cause stomach ulcers and pain and is easily treated with 2 antibiotics taken for a week. Breath testing at Pathologists is used here in Australia to diagnose. I had a flareup and successful treatment earlier this year. Just a thought which may or may not be helpful.

Thoughts and prayers for Brandon and healing strength for both of you. Flexibility and adaptability are important on this life’s journey. Genetic DNA can give a help in pointing to possible issues. You and Brandon are so wonderful. Give Palmer a hug from me. Peace be with you both. 🌺🍁🧡☕️🫖

I love your honesty and contemplation on the things in your life! I am sending prayers for answers for Brandon 🙏🙏. I also am excited about your caterpillars/ monarchs!! I bought a net last year and planned on raising some this year, however we ended up having to take care of my husband's mom's house and property and it has been a lot. So hopefully next year!! Love you and your family 😍

I LOVE making banana bread with walnuts. I’ve never tried then with chocolate chips so I will definitely have to give that a try next time I make it.

Hi! I am praying for u & Brandon. I had digestive issues and discovered that coffee & certain teas (which I LOVE) was affecting my digestion. Coffee has pesticides and mold, plus I was using unhealthy creamers and sugar. I have switched to organic, low acid coffee ( Lifeboost) which I discovered on Instagram. I also stopped using regular sugar and switched to healthy, organic creamers. Other symptoms such as anxiety attacks stopped also. I don't know if this will help, but I thought I would mention it just in case. I love your videos !
