Girl, I have the same problem! I over think my interactions with people sometimes. I will kick myself if I think I offended someone or said something the wrong way. I am a people pleaser as well. I think that trait comes with the personality of caring about people’s feelings and being liked. But you are right. Not everyone will like me and I should just be myself and not worry! I literally thought I was the only person who felt that way.

Hint for next year: cut the bottom of your pumpkin, scoop out the seeds then sprinkle cinnamon onto the top inside the pumpkin. When you burn your candle your pumpkin will smell like pumpkin pie 😁

Hey, as someone in the mental health field it sounds like you're struggling with social anxiety (fear of being negatively perceived/judged....etc.) A lot of people think that those with social anxiety aren't social but that's not the case. I’m glad you tried the bread recipe! It takes a lot of experimentation to perfect sourdough bread. Try adjusting the hydration level! I find that makes a big difference in how dense my bread turns out.

Typically when the bread is dark on the outside, and still doughy on the inside it means that the temperature is too high. When the temperature is too high it causes the outside to cook faster than the inside.

I know baking bread can be quite challenging. I've tried several times and my bread turns out like lumpy rocks in the end. Lol 😄 I've just come to accept I'm not a great bread baker. That said you're not alone Allison bcuz I'm a pro-overthinker in her (clears throat) fab 40's. I think the same things you do, worry that others may have judged me for my actions, & I end up feeling misunderstood a lot. Those who know & love me well understand where I'm coming from a majority of the time, but not everyone else does.
