I feel the same. For me it all started when Duane met his fate. Berry's loss followed by Lamarr's and Dan's passing was cruel. The Butch. Dickey held it all together.

@@john-rodgerclaycountychron7071 wow what a beautiful experience you had with your wife! I am sorry i dont know the answer to your question, but my g-mtr married a white man & i was raised white altho my soul n spirit always connected me with my indian heritage-esp with the dreams & spiritual connection to Jehovah God & the spiritual world. I had a couple encounters with the drk spiritual side & never want another! But there have been many connections with the Lord. I had always heard Cherokee ppl had that enlightenment & dreams. I had a vision of the plane that hit the twin towers approx 6/7 mths before it hit (i was very confused & shrugged it off). My ❤ lies within my spiritual connection to my ppl ever since i was a little girl, not the white man, (even tho i loved my irish papa)🤗My people are from the NC tribe also & hid in mountains. I went to Cherokee NC (cant remember the co. & actual name of the area) to the tourist & shops area only. Bought a lot of turquoise jewelry 😊. Have you been back to the mountains?

Love the dobro that Warren is playing. Really adds to this song. Got to see the brothers play this acoustic version back in about 1991 or 92. Such a great performance that night when they slowed down to do an acoustic set that also included Melissa. Gregg's Blues background gives the song great ballast.
