When storing these and others how are you supposed to keep it? Charged or empty or inbetween?

It is your choice. If you store it full, all the time, it will be the most useful in a power outage, emergency. However it will have a slightly longer lifespan if stored at 80 percent full. But it is hard to measure the benefit, because these LIPO4 can live a very long time.

Sorry no its 1152 watt hours which means if you are using 1152 watts it will last 1 hour
