A similar experience with the brand here too - I bought a R600 back last Feb for use when camping, however the device completely shuts down at moderately low temps at around 35% charge level (anything around +10c and lower). Also noticed erratic behaviour of a laptop trackpad when plugged into it's AC output, so would be also be interested in seeing the sine wave on a scope (which is claimed to be a pure sine wave). Tried using it as a UPS but, after a while, it throws up a E207 error, so gifted it to my wife who just uses it to power her iPad when she's out in the garden - so far, it seems fit for that purpose! Cheers.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I know it’s a lower cost product but it should still be able to do what it claims to do. Shame.

@@tdcattech - I did a runtime test again yesterday and, UPS error issue aside, it did perform Ok at room temperature (circa 22c). It really does look like my device at least becomes dysfunctional at lower temps. Could just be a firmware problem, but I don't think there's an update feature in the Allpowers app (unlike the Bluetti app, which does). It'll do for keeping around the house as backup power. Cheers.

Thank you! Very timely too (for me 😏). It's a popular product in Europe, but in North America people generally don't bother to look beyond the cheesy name, because this brand just isn't around much. They think it's some obscure Chinese company with poor-to-nonexistent customer support. I'm considering getting this exact one plus 100 watt solar rug to power small music Ambient and IDM shows outdoors with a couple of laptops and 80-100 watt speakers. I kind of wonder if I need something even bigger but the weight factor is a real issue for me as well. These laptops don't consume more than 25 Watts each when running DAWs or Serato.. As far as charging, I figure with 100 Watt panel it will have to be sunny all day to get to 40-50% but that 40-50% is already like Jackery 500 's worth of power, so it's probably a good investment. I'm currently looking for information on how well they deal with warranty issues and customer support in general. So if perhaps you heard of any anecdotal examples I would much appreciate it if you shared some. Thx in any case.

I've seen the reviews on Amazon and it doesn't seem like q.c. is the greatest and some are worried it will catch fire. Even though it's very tempting at the price, think I'll just spend a little more

I am just getting into power stations. It looks like it would be cheaper to buy another power station instead of an add on battery based on the price. Or am I missing something ? Thanks for the video.

Possibly, in this case, yes. But if you need the runtime from one power source rather than from two independent batteries, the B1000 is the way to go. It depends what you need but extension batteries always seem a little overpriced to me.

please tell me, when the station is 100% charged, does it continue to make noise when charging? or do the coolers turn off? I mean the situation when nothing is connected to the station

Hi i bought 2 of these hoping to leave them plugged in.trouble is the fans run continuously even when fully charged and no load. I have also found when not plugged in and not used they go flat in about 6 or 7 weeks. So i cant use for ups and if power goes off they will probably be flat..

@@BM-wi9kt Interesting but do you try with ECO mode 🤔
@fiocco10Ай бұрын
The consumption in idle is very important on this unit, that's a problem.
