공감합니다 최소 이정도는 자동화 되어야 생산직 근로자도 일할수 있는데 너무 자동화하면 일자리감소 라는 동전의 양면같은 문제는있지만 그래도 기계화 자동화는 필수아닐지요 우리나라 제조업도 인건비등 여러가지 이유로 자동화 많이되었네요 순차적으로 최소 30프로이상 더 자동화 시켜야겠네요

Сомнения нсчет сплава. Явно слабоват и видны дефекты литья. Цвет сплава какой-то стремный. Латунь, из которой можно точить например болты, выглядит не так.

It's a very basic faucet they're making, but with a superb manufacturing process including great attention to detail, it's probably much better built than many fancier products from other well-known companies. Really great to still see hands-on production, with some of the more dangerous steps wisely handled by robotic automation.

I was surprised to see the robot arms in mid electroplating. never had that luxury when I worked on a EP line. I was surprised to see the hand grind/polishing not using some kind of large scale vibratory polishers since it was just roughing (at least seemed to be)

There is a gas that gets injected into the mould after the sand and bonding agent is in there to immediately harden the core. I used to work at a foundry where we had 2 of the core machines.
