I just made this tonight but instead of tortellini I used potatoes, hot Italian sausage and Italian sausage with sage.

Made it! Super quick and absolutely delicious. I had a bunch of spinach I needed to use up also had a bag of dried cheese tortellini. Grabbed some mild Italian sausage. Quick, easy, affordable,again... Delicious . Thanks for the dinner idea!😊
