Sherri Smock-Rush Springs, Oklahoma-I have been listening to Brent Topp since way back when BYU TV used to host the Round Table Discussions, with Brother Matthews, Brother Millet & a very young Kerry Mulstien. It was so good to hear him again & as usual Hank & John, I learned so much. I thank the Lord everyday for the love & service that you & those who assist you behind the scenes, share with the folks out here. May the Lord's tender mercies be upon you all.

This is one of the very best Podcasts of Hank and John's that I have listened to. I listened to Part 1 and 2 straight through. I usually break the podcasts up into smaller segments to listen to over a few days. Thank you for your program, and all of the great insights that are shared with everyone. I would never be able to come up these insights on my own. I've been listening to your Podcasts for about a year and a half. Some I listen to 2 or 3 times. Sometimes I receive inspiration that I need, while listening. Thank you very much, from North Western, Washington, the Evergreen State.

I have been listening to this podcast for several months now, and I feel so strengthened and uplifted that sometimes even though I am alone, I cry out with joy exclaiming « Yes! » or « Exactly ! » or « Amen! » My soul resonates with the testimonies and stories of true doctrine. I’m so grateful for the perspectives you provide. I’m the only active member in my family, and this podcast helps me feel less alone, more comforted, and more assured of what I believe and why. I know my Savior lives ! I know it! Thank you thank you.

Alma 3:5 has always been one of my very favorite scriptures. I would like to add one more to this discussion as it seems to be its twin. DC 98:16 - "Renounce war and proclaim peace..." I love what Brother Top said about virtue - it is power. Think of the power the Anti-Nephi-Lehi's had over those who came to slaughter them! And those who died were taken up into Heaven, those who lived had joyous, fulfilling lives in Christ. This is the virtue of the word of God bound with covenant! Think what that means for us today with temple covenants and all things of the gospel restored or being restored! I think how powerful Satan is becoming and how thankful I am for the covenants I have made and the virtue of the Word of God! Thanks to you, Hank and John and Brother Top for you great insights!

The wrong shall fail. The right prevails . With the chaos globally, Sunday after receiving the Holy Sacrament and the senseless assassination attempt on President Trump, President Russell M.Nelsons' message to us that even in the face of great calamities, we can still have perfect peace through Christ. I was blessed to experience this when the Holy Ghost encircled me by the knowledge that God's perfect love covers all his created children upon the whole earth, those who honor his Son, Jesus Christ. This was such a refreshingly glorious communication, what sweetness lingers on. I am so grateful to believe and to join the Saint of Jesus Christ throughout the world as we pray in deep gratitude for the safety of our leaders, brethern and sisters.

I've been listening to Dr Top since my husband 'went on ahead seven yrs ago. His talks & books on being together again enlightened me & gave me great comfort. While on KZbin, scrolling after listening to him, I found Hank & John, Jared Halverson & Unshaken, Taylor & Tyler of Scripture Central, Kerry Mulhstein, Scripture Gems, & talks by the brethren & sister leaders in the Church. I'm so grateful for all the time, effort, and the knowlege they share w/ us. They're outstanding teachers. I read Come, Follow Me, listen to each of these podcasts, taking notes, & following in my scriptures & journaling my insights. Along w/ service in temple (as an ordinance worker weekly in the Kansas City Temple and as a patron), it leads me in service to others. I have received personal revelation! I feel so much closer to my Savior & understand His love & sacrifice even more. I am filled w/ gratitude! I share my excitement & what I learn w/ others. Thank you! Thank you! Wow, from Holden, Missouri!

I'm watching, listening, and learning from this week's lesson and your guest, Brother Brent L. Top, from St. George, Utah!😊 I serve in the St. George Temple, and had the blessing to be in a sealing session a few weeks ago, after my shift. I was surprised and pleased when I saw Brother Top step into the room. I understand what he says about being in a live sealing session... my granddaughter and future grandson in law are to be sealed this coming Saturday. Those blessings and promises, along with the beautiful Spirit that is felt during those live sealing sessions, are priceless! The three of you have brought out amazing points of doctrine and areas of warning for our day. I see the suttle way the adversary tries to confuse us and draw us away from truth. And I'm grateful for the way Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, keeps the covenant path, filled with light, direction and truth, along with Their Priesthood leaders the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve who diligently serve to keep us informed and guided by the Holy Spirit. ❤ Now, to study what I've just listened to! Thanks again!🤗

Listening from Ivins UT! I loved Dr. Top. And every pod cast. Thank you, Hank and John! Speaking of being famous.. We spent a couple of nights in Snows Canyon 2 years ago. I met John Bytheway there. A man came up to us, calling his dog. He was pretty rough looking with tattoos and his shirt unbuttoned halfway. We talked for a minute and then he put out his hand and said, "I'm John Bytheway." In my head I thought, "no, you're not!" But said, "you have the name of someone famous." He said, "I'm sure there are many famous people with my name." I thought, "no, there's not!" It occurred to me later, he was saying, "I'm John, by the way." We've been laughing ever since about the time I met John Bytheway!! 😂

I am secluded in the quiet of my bedroom listeng to every glorious word spoken, watching the sweetness in your faces as we learn together. This is so tender to see each of you as instructors of religion taking notes "still" learning and like panning for gold finding yet another huge nugget of great astonishing worth. Like John said about Professor Oscar McConkie, you read the scriptures too fast. After hearing this, I take my time and savor this one on one time with our Savior. What we learned in Alma 30-31 tastes so good, like camel chewing and chewing what's in the mouth, I want to keep this flavor of truth rolling around and around. These Follow Him lessons are the sunshine in my soul, I see each presenter as the most cherished influncers in my spiritual journey, sips of the Pure water and bites from the Pure White Fruit, "An Eternal journey."

He had a great rapport with the youth and over the years I would see someone that reminds me of him and it would make me miss him. It’s fun to learn he’s spent much of his life shaping people into followers of Jesus. He was gifted that way.

When I was an early morning seminary teacher I did almost the same thing as brother Top. The counselor in the stake presidency at the time had suggested that for our opening and closing prayer we all kneel down so I offered to give the opening prayer the day we were going to be talking about the rameumpton. The students all knelt down and I climbed up on a chair and holding my scriptures over my head I started chanting their prayer that’s in the scriptures. The reaction was priceless! One young man tipped over on his side and says ‘blasphemer’! 😂 It sure opened up a great discussion!
