Awesome Sisters ! I registered myself on the 'AlMaghrib' Institute, online last year. And I never felt so happy knowing I am not alone in this 'self inner jihad'. This is because the information I accessed was, I must admit it ' totally mind blowing' as I found the content related to so many, topics within the Islamic concept on so many different levels. Sometimes only 10% when it came to family & children as I have neither. This if I may elaborate ; was still I valuable concept to, understand given that I can sympathies with those that have but are distant emotionally and geographically. Alone with no one to turn to in a 'western hyper sexualized' world we live in ; in this day and age. Those from so many different 'walks of life' as a Muslim and even those with diverse backgrounds and social strata's also wealth. Weather that be on understanding more in depth or beginning to understand the modern day challenges of been a practising Muslim. I learn't to mirror and admire 'hard working' sister's like you both who give up family time to really I believe reach out to people like us. Who are also working hard in respect of protecting their belief as a Muslim and striving for a better understanding of it all. Especially when it comes to dealing with non Muslims too as they sometimes take advantage of our kind nature because, we are 'born Muslims'. Thinking its all about making money and having a job and a career to support the family and children. And men they sleep with. Apologise if I may offend some but the nature of it is about the 'inner beauty' and sometimes they see us Muslim women with Hijabs on. As a soft target to get in with their social life mingling with men having drinks & drugs as well as their 'sex life' to get paid and 'laid'. And judging us and making it their job to be 'racist' and 'Islamophobic' simply because they support anything that's going. For instance : LGBT community and homeless people just to 'wear the pants' and make out all men support single working mothers, to be financially independent. Finally : targeting us Muslim women especially saying we are oppressed and they know best trying to write us off with mental health. This I say because of experience : they see us Muslim people as a threat. Thinking their the best at giving men a 'erection' and they so good at it been right & fashionable, polite, cute & sexy. Advice: to those latter mentioned : they could do with taking a couple of leafs out of our Holy Qur'an that's if they not 'drunk and disorderly. Especially at weekends when they poor old (mother) baby sitters are disciplining their kids, while their out with bf on pull. This because they believe they have worked so hard and need a jump. (My sisters know these people best and some how they can apparently switch off and please their husbands and kids also their brothers even their deshi in-laws who just want to make money and keep the faith). Getting back to 'lose women' Costing the emergency services or better still those out of hours who relate to them., Power of sexual manipulation because their on top pay driving fancy cars and living in beautiful luxury homes and working for rampant men going on holidays to places like Thailand or even local stags or hen nights out. And abusing people in general because their are drunk and care free. I think best these lot: should before becoming a 'feminist' or something strange or before becoming a convert to Islam. They should register on courses like this and not pretend they know it all. For the Love & Respect for Us Muslims and Allah (swt) & His Messenger RAS (pbuh).

If you know the source of the pain but you can't change it. My pain is from separation from my kids. I cry my eyes out, but like Prophet Yacob a,s, I cannot stop crying and coming to terms with it.

May Allah fill your heart with contentment ans peace, may you be reunited with your kids in the best peaceful ways. It's ok to be sad and It's ok to cry, this is normal, but you should remember that Allah plans are the best, and he is with you, hear you and see you, and he won't let you alone, hold on the rope of Allah as much as you can, and don't loose hope in the power and mercy of Allah.

for me what works is to have the knowledge about how much negativity and evil spirits can be attached to you when you lust or think sexual thoughts about women that don’t belong to you. it will make it hard for you to receive your soulmate, as well as makes it difficult to manifest a healthy and loving relationship. not to mention bring a lot of chaos in your life. first step is to be aware of it, and then everytime you are “attacked” by these thoughts, which mostly come from syaitan, I suggest you immediately turn to Allah. ask from Allah, pray to Allah, to help remove these thoughts and wrong desires. ask to have attraction only for your soulmate. it might take a few weeks, a few months, or several years to succeed. But as long as you have the desire to break free from this negativity, you will eventually succeed.
