Brother the speaking person is known as ghamdi in Pakistan. He spreads wrong information. In Muslim belief on the day of judgment there will be 72 different groups of Muslims and each of them will claim we are true Muslim, question how will one determine what us true Islam, any statement that is narrated from Quran or any statement that is driven from true hadis. How you will determine that hadees is true. There are only 4 authentic books of hadis in Islam each book has multiple sets. Speaking person gave no referance of quranic verse and no hadees from 4 authentic books of hadees. Infact he gave referance of his own book and another book whose name I never heard. He spreads wrong Islam.

JazakaAllah 💕💕💕 Quran Verse (65:4) - English Translation Mohsin Khan: "And those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the 'Iddah (prescribed period), if you have doubts (about their periods), is three months, and for those WHO HAVE NO COURSES AS YET [(i.e. THEY ARE STILL IMMATURE) their 'Iddah (prescribed period) is three months ....." Commentary on Qur'an Chapter 65:4 Sayyid Abul Ala Maududi, Tafhim al-Qur'an: "Here, one should bear in mind the fact that according to the explanations given in the Quran the question of the waiting period arises in respect of the women with whom marriage may have been consummated, for there is no waiting-period in case divorce is pronounced before the consummation of marriage. (Al-Ahzab: 49). THEREFORE, MAKING MENTION of THE WAITING-PERIOD FOR THE GIRLS WHO HAVE NOT YET MENSTRUATED, CLEARLY PROVES THAT IT IS NOT ONLY PERMISSIBLE TO GIVE AWAY THE GIRL IN MARRIAGE AT THIS AGE BUT IT IS ALSO PERMISSIBLE FOR THE HUSBAND TO CONSUMMATE MARRIAGE WITH HER. Now, obviously no Muslim has the right to forbid a thing which the Quran has held as permissible." Qur'an 65:4 Tafsir IBN-ABBAS "The `Iddah of Those in Menopause and Those Who do not have Menses Allah the Exalted clarifies the waiting period of the woman in menopause. And that is the one whose menstruation has stopped due to her older age. Her `Iddah is three months instead of the three monthly cycles for those who menstruate, which is based upon the Ayah in (Surat) Al-Baqarah. [see 2:228] THE SAME FOR THE YOUNG, WHO HAVE NOT REACHED THE YEARS OF MENSTRUATION. Their `Iddah is three months like those in menopause." So consummation of Hadrat Aishah RA's marriage before attaining puberty at age 9 would be well within what is Divinely Approved and Permitted in the Holy Qur'an. The Holy Qur'an MashaAllah seems to allow consummation of marriage with sexually immature, under-age girls.❤❤❤ JazakaAllah! Allah SWT knows best.

As we look into our parents or our grand parents, the trend of getting into marriage was in far earlier age with comparison to our getting into marriage. At that time, the question of marriage arouse keeping in mind the puberty rather then this times demands of financial resilience or education. Kindly also keep in mind that if a person was going against the powerful people of the society by challenging the beliefs of everyone, can that person be expected to do anything that makes him controversial? It would be like surrendering his message not just compromising it. Don't you think? What I am saying is that Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. had a much bigger objective in front of him and that was to spread the message he claimed was from Allah. Any mixing of his own desires or any social faux pas would have made the job of his powerful enemies to defeat his message very easy. No leader would give such a juicy opportunity to his opponents. Besides there numerous hadiths which show Aisha was playing with dolls at the time of her marriage, and people in Muhammads household were treating Aisha as a very young girl.

Aisha’s exact birthday is unknown, but she was born *before* 610 CE when Islam was revealed. Aisha is recorded as accepting Islam shortly after it was revealed. She could not have done so as an infant or toddler. The youngest she could have accepted Islam would be 7 y/o, but that’s a guess. She was married in 622 CE 12 years after she accepted Islam. (7 + 12 =19 years). Further, Aisha fought in the Battles of Badr and Uhud (624/5 respectively). No one *under* 15 fought in those battles, let alone be a leader of them. Also, Asma, Aisha’s eldest sister (by ten years) died at age 100, 72 years after Aisha’s marriage. Process of elimination and mathematics, Aisha could not have been married before she was 14 and the consummation before she was almost 20. “The Quran states a woman's consent is essential, and the Sunnah confirms that both Aisha's betrothal and consummation occurred with Aisha's enthusiastic agreement. In fact, some even imply she went against the initial wishes of her Dad!” By mathematical reasoning: 622 + 72 = 694 -100= 594 year of Asma’s birth. 622-594= 28 yr of Asma at Aisha’s wedding Asma is recorded as ten years older than Aisha. Therefore: 28-10= 18 Aisha’s age at wedding.

ऐसा कहा जाता है कि जब हज़रत आयशा की उम्र 6 साल थी तब आपका निकाह हुआ और 9 साल मे रुख़सती हुई | *इस गुमराह करने वाली इत्तेला (सूचना) ने मुस्लिम और गैर मुस्लिम भाइयों मे बहुत ही गलत तास्सुर दिया कि* *इस्लाम में बच्चों की शादी की इजाज़त है।* ये क़ाबिले गौर है कि इसके मुस्तनद (प्रमाणिक) होने की दलील नहीं है इसको साबित करने के लिए, रावियों, हालात और उस वक्त की कैफियत का तारीखी हक़ाएक़ (ऐतिहासिक तथ्यों) के साथ बाहमी ताल्लुक़ को देखा जाना चाहिए। इस सिलसिले में हिशाम की एक हदीस है जिसमें हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. की उम्र 9 साल होने का इशारा मिलता है| r43 कई *मुस्तनद ( प्रमाणिक) हदीसें भी ज़ाहिर करती हैं कि हिशाम की रवायत नबी करीम (स.अ.व.) की जिंदगी की कई तारीख हक़ाएक़ (ऐतिहासिक तथ्य), के गैरमुताबिक़ हैं।* उमर अहमद उस्मानी, हकीम नियाज़ अहमद और हबीबुर्रहमान कांधोलवी जैसे उलमा के हवाले के साथ, इस हक़ीक़त के हक़ में *कुछ दलीलें पेश करना चाहूंगा, कि* *हज़रत आयशा रज़ि की उम्र कम से कम 18 साल थी जब आपका निकाह हुआ और आपकी उम्र कम से कम 21 साल थीं* जब आपकी रुखसती नबी करीम (स.अ.व.) के साथ रहने के लिए हुईं। उमर अहमद उस्मानी के मुताबिक़, *सूरे अल-निसा* में ये कहा गया है कि _"यतीमों (अनाथों) के वली उनका माल उन्हें वापस करने से पहले उनकी लगातार आज़ामाइश करते रहें, जब तक कि वो शादी की उम्र तक पहुँच जायें"_ (4:6)। इससे उलेमा हज़रात ने ये नतीजा निकाला है कि *क़ुरआन ने शादी की एक कम से कम उम्र तय की है जो कम से कम सने बलोगत है।* चूंकि *लड़की की मंजूरी (कबूलियत) एक कानूनी/इस्लामी आवश्यकता है* इसलिए वो नाबालिग नहीं हो सकती है। हिशाम बिन उरवह इस हदीस के खास रावी हैं। उनकी जिंदगी दो दौरों में तकसीम की गयी है: 131 A.H. में मदनी मुद्दत समाप्त हुई, और *इराकी अवधि शुरू हुई, उस समय हिशाम की उम्र 71 साल थी। हाफ़िज़ ज़हबी ने बाद के समय में हिशाम की याददाश्त खराब हो जाने के बारे में बात की है* । मदीना, में उनके तालिबे इल्मों इमाम मालिक और इमाम अबू हनीफह ने इस हदीस का ज़िक्र नहीं किया है । इमाम मालिक और मदीने के लोगों ने उन्हें उनकी *इराकी हदीसों के लिए तंक़ीद (आलोचना) भी की है।* इस हदीस के सभी रावी इराकी हैं, जिन्होंने हिशाम से उसे सुना था। इराकी जो कि अभी तक खुलफाए राशिदीन और हज़रत आयशा से बुग्ज और अदावत रखते हैं | *अल्लामा कांधोलवी का कहना है कि हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. की उम्र के बारे में कहा गया शब्द 'तिस्सह अशरह' कहा गया है जिसका अर्थ 19 है, जब हिशाम ने सिर्फ तिस्सह सुना (या याद किया) जिसका मतलब 9 होता है।* मौलाना उस्मानी रह. का खयाल है कि इस तब्दीली को जान बूझ कर और बदनियती से बाद में बनाया गया था। इतिहासकार इब्ने इसहाक़ ने 'सीरते रसूलल्लाह' (स.अ.व.) *इस्लाम के पहले साल में इस्लाम स्वीकार करने वालों की एक फेहरिस्त (सूची) दी है* जिसमें हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. का नाम हज़रत अबु बक्र रज़ि. की छोटी बेटी आयशा रज़ि." के तौर पर दिया गया है। *अगर हम हिशाम के हिसाब को कुबूल करते हैं, तो उस वक्त तक वो पैदा भी नहीं हुई थीं।* नबी सल्लल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम की पहली बीवी, हज़रत ख़दीजा की वफात के कुछ दिनों बाद, *हज़रत खौवलह रजि. ने नबी सल्लल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम को बकरुन से दोबारा शादी करने का सुझाव दिया,* जिसकी मुराद हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. से था (मसनद अहमद)। अरबी में बकरुन का अर्थ गैर शादीशुदा लड़की, जिसने सने बलोगत को पार कर लिया हो और शादी की उम्र हो गई हो । एक छह साल की लड़की के लिए ये शब्द इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जा सकता है । कुछ अहले इल्म हज़रात का खयाल है कि हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. की शादी जल्दी हो गई थी क्योंकि अरब में लड़कियाँ जल्दी बालिग़ हो जाती हैं। लेकिन ये उस वक्त अरबों का आम रिवाज नहीं था । ये अल्लामा कांधोलवी के मुताबिक़, *इस्लाम से पहले या उसके बाद इस तरह का कोई मामला दर्ज नहीं है और न ही उसे नबी करीम (स.अ.व.) की सुन्नत के रूप में बढ़ावा दिया गया। नबी सल्लल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम ने अपनी बेटियों की शादी हज़रत फ़ातिमा रज़ि की 21 और हज़रत रुक़य्या रज़ि. की 23 साल* की उम्र में शादी कर दी थी। इसके अलावा, हज़रत अबु बकर सिद्दीक रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु, हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. के वालिद ने 26 साल की उम्र में अपनी सबसे बड़ी बेटी हजरते अस्मा रज़ि. की शादी कर दी थी । *इस बात पर सबकी इत्तेफाक़ राये है कि हज़रत आयशा रजि. अपनी बड़ी बहन अस्मह रज़ि. से 10 साल छोटी थीं, जिनकी हिजरत के वक्त उम्र लगभग 28 साल थी ।

There is only one hadith by Hisham which suggests the age of Hazrat Aisha was 6 when she was married to prophet and 9 when the marriage was consummated. The Hadith mentioned by Hisham is invalid based on historical facts from renowned historians and scholars. For example Historian Ibn Ishaq in his Sirat Rasul Allah has given a list of the people who accepted Islam in the first year of the proclamation of Islam, in which Hazrat Aisha’s name is mentioned as Abu Bakr’s “little daughter Aisha”. The first year of proclamation of Islam was 610. At the time Prophet Muhammad was monogamously married to Khadija. Khadija passed away about 10 years later and Muhammad did not marry anyone else until after Khadijah’s passing away. It is reported that Muhammad (pbuh) married Ayesha on the 10 year of the call(proclamation of Islam). If we accept Hisham’s calculations, Ayesha cannot be 6 or 9 at the time of her marriage to Prophet Muhammad pbuh. In fact she should not have even been born at that time of proclamation, therefore making the Hadith of Hisham invalid. The Hadith mentioned by Hisham also goes against the ruling of the Quran. In Surah Al-Nisa, it is said that the guardian of the orphans should keep testing them, until they reach the age of marriage, before returning their property (4:6). From this scholars have concluded that the Quran sets a minimum age of marriage which is at least puberty. Since the approval of the girl has a legal standing, she cannot be a minor. Again according to Hisham she was married to the prophet at 6 and the marriage was consummated at 9, which clearly is against the ruling of the Quran. Aisha had already been engaged to Jubair, before she married Muhammad, suggesting she had already been mature enough by the standards of her society to consider marriage for a while. Interestingly of the many criticisms of Muhammad (pbuh) made at the time by his opponents, none focused on Aisha's age at marriage. There is consensus agreement among historians and scholars that Hazrat Aisha was 10 years younger than her elder sister Asma, whose age at the time of the hijrah, or migration to Madina, was about 28. It can be concluded that Hazrat Aisha was about 18 years old at migration. On her moving to the Prophet’s house, she was a young woman at 21.

حضرت عائشہ کی عمر بوقت رخصتی 19 تھی اس حوالے سے غامدی صاحب کے دلیل کی دو بنیاد ہیں ہیں: 1: آپ کو ایسی شریک زندگی زندگی مل جائے جو بچوں کی تربیت اور کاروبار زندگی میں آپ کی معاون ہو. اس کا جواب یہ ہے کہ یہ ضرورت حضرت سوداؓ کی شادی سے پوری ہوگئی تھی. 2: غامدی صاحب کے دلیل کی دوسری بنیاد اس خیالی مفروضے پر ہے کہ حضرت عائشہ کی عمر رخصتی کے وقت "تسعۃ عشر" انییس ہے، غلطی سے احدیث کی کتابوں میں محدثین سے "عشرہ" کا لفظ چھوٹ گیا ہے. غامدی صاحب کو یہ معلوم ہونا چاہئے کہ یہ حدیث بخاری اور مسلم دونوں کتابوں میں مذکور ہے، نیز اس کے علاوہ متعدد محدثین نے اس حدیث کو ذکر کیا ہے، ایسا ممکن ہے کہ ایک محدث سے غلطی ہوجائے لیکن ایسا ہر گز نہیں ہوسکتا ہے کہ تمام محدثین بعینہ ایک ہی غلطی کریں. دوسری وجہ یہ ہے کہ یہ حدیث کا معاملہ ہے جہاں ادنی سی بد احتیاطی پر جہنم کی وعید ہے، اس وجہ سے یہ ممکن ہی نہیں ہے کہ تمام محدثین ہو بہو ایک ہی بد احتیاطی کے مرتکب ہوں کیوں کہ روایت اور درایت دونوں حوالے سے محدثین کا احتیاط فن حدیث میں بہت مشہور امر ہے. تیسری وجہ اور سب سے اہم وجہ یہ ہے کہ امام بخاری نے اس حدیث کو بخاری میں ذکر کیا ہے اور امام بخاری سے ایسی چوک متصور ہی نہیں ہے کیوں کہ احتیاط کے حوالے سے امام بخاری کا مقام سب سے اونچا ہے. چوتھی اور آخری وجہ یہ ہے کہ غامدی صاحب نے اپنے اس دعوی کی تائید میں کہ احادیث کی کتابوں میں "عشرہ" کا لفظ سہوا رہ گیا ہے اس کی تائید میں کوئی دوسری روایت پیش نہیں کیا ہے، اس وجہ سے فن حدیث کے اصول کے مطابق جب تک کوئی دوسری مضبوط روایت موجود نہ ہو پہلی حدیث کو نہیں چھوڑا جا سکتا ہے. واللہ اعلم حمید الساعدی، فاضل دار العلوم دیوبند

It makes it very very clear that the polytheists were the first to break the rules. “Would you not fight against a people who broke their oaths and determined to expel the Messenger, and they had begun [the attack upon] you the first time? Do you fear them? But Allah has more right that you should fear Him, if you are [truly] believers.” (Quran 9:13)

Ghamdi Sahab said the two word in Arabic very clearly which are actual words for 16 (sittah asharah) & 19 (tissah Asharah) but actually in common day to day use, as anyone who lives in Saudi Arab can confirm, these words are pronounced as sittah for 6 & sittaash for 16 while tissah for 9 & tissaash for 19 which becomes even more difficult to differentiate if you are not listening or conveying clearly or carefully, therefore there is a huge possibility or distortion or misreading while passing down heart to heart only verbally. Also the clear logic explained by Mr. Ghamdi is evident that there is definitely a distortion in the age which can also be proven mathematically by calculating backwards as important landmark dates are mentioned in the history books.

There are many Hadith, in English, about Aisha's age they generally state as this Hadith does : "It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was six years old, and consummated the marriage with her when she was nine." Grade: Sahih (Darussalam) Reference : Sunan an-Nasa'i 3255 It is graded as Sahih by some. These Hadith were transmitted by Hishaam ibn Urwa or sometimes it's just stated Hishaam, one and the same person. When Hishaam grew old his memory suffered very badly and it was then that he transmitted these Hadith. In the science of Hadith there are five conditions that must be met in order for a hadith to be graded as Sahih. One of the conditions is that the narrator have a high precision of memory. Hishaam had a very bad memory and therefore doesn't meet the criteria in fact as his memory was very bad the Hadith is Apocryphal, Daef or false. There is a Hadith transmitted by Umaartubnu Ghazeyah but he is listed as being Daef and therefore the Hadith is Daef. The Hadith such as these are Apocryphal, Daef or false and many people do not know. Asma, Aisha's sister, was 10 years older than Aisha. Asma died in 73 AH at 100. Which makes Aisha around 17 at the time of Hijra to Medina. She was conducted to her husband, Peace be upon him in Shawwal ( 10th lunar month in 1AH) making her 18 years and 10 months old. In The Holy Qur'an Allah says "...Marry who seem good to you from THE WOMEN...' 4:3 Marry THE WOMEN NOT CHILDREN.

Ibn Katheer agrees with what all historians affirm without disagreement that Asma "witnessed the killing of her son during that year (73 AH), as previously mentioned, and five days later she died. And like other accounts, she did not die after 5 days, but rather after 10 or 20 days, or a few days later, or even a hundred days after the accident, so that the most likely story remains that she died a hundred days later, when she is 100 years old. (Beginning and End Ibn Katheer, Mug 8, p. 372, Dar Al-Fikr Al-Arabi, Giza 1933). And bin Hajar Al-Asqalani narrates that “Asma bint Abi Bakr Al-Siddiq [That Al-Nitaqain], the wife of Al-Zubayr bin Al-Awam, one of the great companions, lived a hundred years and died in the year of seventy-three (Al-Tahdheeb, Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, p. 654, chapter on Women, Harf) a thousand). According to the opinion of most historians, Asma, Aisha's older sister were ten years older than the last, and if Asma 'reached the 100 years of Hijra, then her age at the time of the migration would necessarily be 27 years old, and therefore Aisha’s age at that time would be 17 years old, and she also began living Along with the Prophet and she was 19 or 20 years old. Based on the narrations of Ibn Hajar, Ibn Katheer and Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Al-Zinad, the age of Aisha at the time of her marriage to the Prophet was between 19 and 20 years at least. 🔴 6) The date of Aisha's death determines the date of her marriage: It is also mentioned in Al Maarif by Ibn Qutaybah that Aisha, the mother of the believers, died in 58 AH at the age of 77. Thus, the age of Aisha, the mother of the believers, immediately before the emigration, was 19 years (77-58), and since she married to the noble Messenger in the second year of the Hijra..so she was 21 years old at that time. Even if we take the minimum approach, the presence of other accounts in other historical sources that determine Aisha’s age at 66 years of age, assuming that her age was only 5 years + 12 years (from the fourth year before the mission until the second year of migration) = 17 years at least. 🔴 7) In Sahih al-Bukhari, another narration confirms for us Aisha's participation in the Battle of Uhud. “Anas narates that on Uhud: I saw Aisha bint Abi Bakr and Umm Salim, rolled their hands ready - I witness the work of their arms - transport water containers on their bodies, empty them into the mouths of the people, then return and fill it, then come and empty it into the mouths of the people (Bukhari, Al-Fath. No. (2880). This is a clear evidence of their grown age. Her age and her ability to serve the army during the Battle of Uhud. (As it's well known fact the Messenger never allow young children to participate in battles). Thus, it is confirmed once again that Aisha witnessed the battles of Uhud and Badr. 🔴 8) Al-Bukhari narrates to us in another hadith on the authority of Yahya bin Saeed, said that Nafeh said, on the authority of Ibn Omar, May Allah be pleased with them, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he offered himself to the messenger on the day of Uhud when he was fourteen years old, and Messenger didn't allow him, and offered himself at the Ahzab, and he was allowed at the age of 15. (Kitab Al-Maghazi, Chapter of the Battle of Al-Khandaq, which are the Ahzab). This is a very strong evidence that the Prophet, peace be upon him, was not permitting to let someone under the age of fifteen in the Battles. 🌟This is evidence that the age of 9 years has no validity at all. 🔴 9) Participation in the two battle of Badr: In Sahih Muslim, a narration confirms Aisha's participation in the battle of Badr and is attributed to Aisha in the course of her discussion of her trip to Badr and about an important accident that occurred while traveling: “... even if we were in the tree ....” Which is clear evidence that she was among the delegation Traveling towards Badr, and the Prophet does not take children with him. Actually what the problem is, it's that the west is setting standards for people today. If they say the age to marry is 18 we node and say yes like their slaves. So the standards today are not actually what the nature is. We in Pakistan have least age of 18 years for marriage in one province, and 16 in another. Now why that difference. It's because today's standards are set by people
