Cake flour = all purpose flour + corn flour (10%) 100 gr CF = 90 gr all purpose + 10 gr corn flour

@@yulianasutantoandhasanpane6642 I think you meant cornstarch not corn flour. I use the same technique to create more delicate cakes whether with wheat flour or baking gluten-free.

It is more precise in gr, if you don’t have scales (you really should get them for cake making) check on Google how to convert gr to spoons. Once again I strongly recommend to get scales. Good baking! 😊

The sponge tastes AMAZING but when I try to make the cream it cuts 😩
