Thank you for the recipe. I made this and it was the best cake I ever ate in my life! One thing I should emphasize is make sure you use parchment paper or your cake will stick since the cake doesn't have much fat in it.

Golden raisins, dried cranberries and chopped pineapple also work. Walnuts are traditional but pecans are a buttery rich tasting nut. Thanks for an almond flour version of my favorite cake.
