You help me out so much. I’ve had various twitching for 5 months. - tongue, lip, stomach, feet etc. My dr said it’s anxiety and caffeine. I have no muscle weakness and have upped my intensity at the gym to prove to myself I’m fine. I’m 52 - my dr said ALS usually comes to younger people and that I shouldn’t worry. And yet I’m still a wreck.

"I'm here for a good time, not a long time..." LOVE IT! I just have to say it has been amazing to watch your channel over the years and how you have shared your journey for everyone to see. It's vulnerable, humble, real, honest and KZbin is so lucky to have you. To have the courage to get in front of everyone and share such insight while on your very own journey is incredible. You have not only helped so many people with your own personal videos, but you also helped yourself in the process. By sharing, being open and completely raw, we all had a chance to grow with you at the same time. It's so very commendable. Your story is amazing and as we all know with anxiety, even if it is never truly gone, it can be managed and understood with love, patience and time. Family, our kids and yes our dogs, make it all so much better... THANK YOU CHERELLE!

Thank you Cherelle for your videos, they've been a huge help to me in terms of dealing with health anxiety and all the symptoms. For a moment for the past year and a half I thought I was going to die, then by the grace of God I stumbled upon your channel. I've been feeling a little bit better all thanks to you❤❤

I recently have started my journey of getting diagnosed with hypochondria/ Carcinophobia after years of it running my life, ruining jobs, relationships and so much more. About a week ago i discovered your videos in the midst of a complete panic fueled symptom research fest and decided to take your advice and stop looking things up, since then while I am still alittle anxious and jumpy I have begun to get some of my breath back and scheduled regular appointments with a therapist. We have never met but I truly believe your work and videos may have given me the know how and confidence to look for the correct help and changed my life for the better, So thank you, so much.

So glad I came across your videos. It’s really been something to hear you describe what you have been through and realize how much it mirrors things that I have gone through. You have so clearly described a lot of things I have dealt with so accurately, it’s like you are telling my story at times. Truly my darkest days. Thank you so much for what you do. It must mean so much to so many people. I know it has really helped me.

your videos helped me to conquer my fear of ALS last year. I was trapped in an anxiety spiral, due to muscle twitching and too much google. I didn't trust any doctor. I still have the muscle twitching, not every day but I have learned to live with it. it's not bad anymore, it's just BFS. However, the first time was the horror when everything was not yet certain. I'm usually a strong man, only these thoughts and fear ate me up. now I'm feeling better, thanks to your videos, among other things.greetings from Germany ( Phil 33 years old)

@Cherellethinks when you say you thought you had muscle wasting and kept taking pictures of your legs.. maybe you were losing weight? Same thing happens to me and I thinks that’s what’s keeping me in this anxiety loop. I don’t have weakness and my legs don’t hurt at all, I even do squats with weights and I’m able to run just fine. I just see them skinnier and it worries me, and I keep looking at them all day.

I still get little muscle twitching from time to time and I still have BFS in my legs. My arm started twitching a bit the other day and it reminded me that I haven't had any twitching for a very long time. Nice to think of it that way.

I get the most random twitches. A while back my eye twitched for a long time. Sometimes it’s in these tiny muscles all over my body like my leg or like right above my chin under my bottom lip.

This is the symptom that really kicked my health anxiety into high gear almost 10 years ago. I had a twitchy thumb at work and made the mistake of googling about it. 30 minutes later I was convinced I had ALS. I’m out of that hole now but it’s been quite a journey

One of the worst things about health anxiety is seeing or hearing about someone else’s symptoms or health problems makes me feel like I always have what they have. It’s like it triggers new health fears 😢

I laughed when you said your new partners leg was twitching. Sometimes it’s as simple as that, we see how we have been carastrophizing something that so many others aren’t bothered by ❤

I've been dealing with stomach pressure, chest pressure, and constipation due to anxiety. Every time I eat, the food just stays in my stomach, and gas gets trapped, and it's so painful. Going on 2 years of health anxiety and panic attacks and agoraphobia it's not full blown, but I get flare-ups.

I’m like 3 months into my lip twitching and about 1 month into the rest of my body twitching. Mostly in my calves but occasionally random spots on my arms and torso. I do have OCD and I do get anxiety pretty bad. It’s been about 21 years with OCD now. However the twitches are pretty new for me. I feel that if I could just shut off the worry about the twitches then I’d be so much better off. I could habituate to them. I just don’t know how to get to that point. 😢
@albionhustler9836Ай бұрын
Keep pushing on, it will get better. I had bad twitches for about 6 months and slowly tapered off 3 months later. Every now and then I get a few twitches here and there butI don't dwell on it if I do very short term. Cherille was the only one that made any sense to me at put me at ease after I went thru lots of online searches and lots of doctors visits and health tests came up negative.

Has anyone heard of Functional neurological disorder (FND) a lot of these unknown symptoms can be diagnosed under this condition. The symptoms are completely real but every test will come back normal. Just to make some people aware if there not improving much with symptoms it’s not just down to health anxiety.
