Bro don't put tucker in specialist section use it instead of Rachael you will see the difference after sometime and at least lvl up tucker to 17-20 you will notice the results soon

For the expedition I think you shoud focuses on mercenarys with different stripes . And I don't think upgrading a legendary mercenary is good idea because the contracts are very rare .

You need to reset your bunker 1 day & 12 hours before the event starts so you have the first 12 hours, the second 48 hours and the third 12 hours at the end

how does electricity supply works in settlement? Like can we move around the generator throughout the map to supply power for the workbench of our choice or is the generator fixed in one spot and we have connect the workbenches using wiring

yeah you can move the generator anywhere to supply electricity to your workbench but cables are the only problem in this case
