Totally agree with Ruff Stuff as well, always considered it to be in the same vein as Shook Me and Moneytalks as well. Definitely should have been a single.

Great video and discussion, gents. I liked Fly on the Wall a lot when it came out despite it being different. My friends and I certainly preferred Back in Black, Powerage etc. but I definitely thought and still think Fly on the Wall rocks! I also dig the cover art to this day! By the time Blow Up Your Video came out I was deep into thrash so didn't hear it until years later.

Man the first album I ever bought with my own money was Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, my mom had one of those catalog mail order CD magazines and the AC/DC section was what I wanted. I am pretty sure I circled basically every album they offered and she ordered only one, to my surprise, and I really wore it out. Dirty Deeds will always hold a special place for me, even though many rate it lower on the Bon era records. I bought Plug Me In in '07 and it blew my mind, introduced me to so much great music, watching all the live videos made me go back to the records and research them and I discovered the Flick songs there. Was very disappointed to not have any Fly or Video material off of it either.

Maximum overdrive was how I discovered the band as well and my older brother placed an order with the Columbia house records back then, like so many cassettes for a penny or whatever it was lol. But I snuck in who made who on his order and from there I was able to pick out certain albums from the song list on the inside cover lol and convince my brother to let me order more acdc cassettes! Great show guys! And bad boy boogie was last played on the stiff upper lip tour 🤘🏻⚡

I think iFly on the Wall could benefit more from a remaster (maybe even a remix) than any of AC/DC's albums. It was definitely over produced, I like it a little more than Blow Up You Video. But they're both pretty even. I'd probably give them both a 5 or a 6 maybe. I think Flick of the Switch was under produced btw.

great show! I was introduced to the band when my older brother came home from a show at the Tower Theater. Then a local record store, Sound Odyssey had a bargain bin for cassettes and I couldn't resist. I bought If You Want Blood,, who made who, blow up your video, High Voltage for 5 bucks. I was hooked and my summer of 1990 was complete..these 2 albums are not on my top but appreciate them keeping the flame alive with some good songs on each, and I too was at the Philly 1990 show when they played Sin City with the inflatable Angus Devil

Always liked Fly on the Wall, never thought much of Blow Up Your Video, rate it at the bottom with Ballbreaker and Stiff Upper Lip

The 3 B sides from BUYV are better than 7 of the songs that were put on the album. Always liked FOTW since the day it came out.
