The Apple Pie Rice Pudding, made from leftover rice, is perfect for breakfast, instead of your usual oats, and also delicious for dessert. It's easy to make and good hot, cold or at room temperature. You can find the recipe on page 137 of The secrets To Ultimate Weight Loss. I prefer using a sweet apple like the Envy and gold raisins. If it's not sweet enough for you add 4 tablespoons of date paste )recipe on page 65 of Unprocessed). If you don't eat rice you can also make this with leftover millet.
