This was so powerful in places. As a parent of three children and a man going through divorce, some of this really resonated with me and some even triggered me. It allowed me to take a step back and see where I've been going wrong and actually brought a few tears on, christ life is hard and I feel like I'm forever learning.

The part about the childhood of an empathic person is so true, that now in adulthood we don't wanna be similar to that bad person, yet we need to create boundaries!

I feel the dynamic that he explains about with his landlord. I feel in a sense he’s stuck in an ego trap. He sees her as this authority figure, but I feel people forget that she needs him more than he needs her. If she didn’t need someone to rent her place out so bad, she would’ve kicked him out but didn’t and I feel maybe him not seeing that, could cause him to stay in an ego trap.

I felt like he is beeing very honnest about what this all situation reminded him about his past with his dad and stuff. It s always two side of the story so yeah I understand your point of you too. But for me he was beeing vulnerable saying after all his shadow❤work, all the coaching, … he is still having some trouble like everyone. That s also mean that no one is done with his inner job, and he is aknowledging that. English is not my Mother tongue so maybe I got also a différent perspective of it but I kind of like that he put his personal life exemple in the mixt. I dont see the ego part except that he likes to tell us that he is abundant financialy. What do you mean by that ?

Loved the part about tension. That is huge for me. I’ve had to really learn to speak my truth and not be afraid of an “awkward conversation” or tension, because it’s so true that holding it inside of you, never speaking up and resenting people just puts you in a state of perpetual tension. Wow what an aha moment!🙏

50:59 so after hearing him go into detail about this, I literally see him differently. I see him as weaker but I don't respect him less, I see his as more of an equal. I have petty shizzle going off in my life that I could let go but y'know what, I don't care if it's petty, that's my shizzle and I'll deal with it however I damn well please.

33:13 I love the idea of this but I also hate it. The idea that I as a man will be tested is fine but if I apologise then that means I 'cave' or I'm showing weakness seems a bit off. Does a 'real man' just tell everyone to go eff themselves, feelings be damned? Idk Cool podcast though ⭐️

I'm sympathetic but he did just lecture you for an hour just to rant about his landlord problem...
