I moved from Ohio to Arizona about 6 yrs ago. Today is the first time I’ve seen your video and I clicked on because of the snow. I giggled when you said “what else are you going to do in a snowstorm?” Those were some pretty good ideas. The high today is 72 degrees. If I remember right any roof that’s more than a 2/12 pitch the screws are suppose to go in the flats of the roof and not the ridges.I’m thinking that it voids the warranty on your metal if they are put in the ridges.
