I grew up in Neenah so I got to see quite a bit of WC, SOO, and C&NW in the 80s and 90s. I liked the WC but definitely missed the old white, red, and black of the Soo Line.

Great video, good shot of divers equipment and rollign stock. and some very nice area. Nowadays railways are so uniform and so boring...

A huge number of the WC's power was either Santa Fe or Burlington Northern.

@ Yea, it’s too bad. They did further upgrade the main lines and run lots of trains but got rid of the branches. Regardless it’s just not the same as the old WC.
