Jowar flour tends to lose consistency on.keeping unlike wheat flour. So 5he parathas might year and be difficult to roll. But if u know how to pat or make jowarbhakris umay be able to get whole paratha s

Useless recipe. You did something which you didn't show. My atta didn't become as like you I followed exact steps and quantity. It completely got ruined and wastef

Any roti you do with jowar.you need to knead nicely for a good 5 to 10 minutes. The more you knead the easier it gets to roll rotis Probably that's the secret
