Two years ago I started dealing with severe shoulder pain. I went through KZbin for hours to eventually find exactly what I needed. Ever since I do this practice on a regular basis and I swear it's a miracle. Almost instant relieve. I know all the words by now and could probably do the routine off by heart, but I really appreciate Andrew's calming voice and rhythm. So... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

It was too challenging for me after a tiring day at work. I want to build some more strength first and then return to this practice. It is well balanced and the instructions are clear.

This had become one of my favourite practices. I love Andrews style. It’s very unique and builds a LOT of strength while access muscle groups that can sometimes be forgotten. Please more from Andrew!

This is great Andrew. I have a tweaked left shoulder that does not have the mobility of my right shoulder. Stretching only helps for a short while cuz I sit at a computer for many hours everyday. Most shoulder strengthening videos I try are too much and I end up tighter. but I know I need to strengthen my shoulders and upper back to support me better when I'm sitting many hours. This was just right for lengthening and strengthening. Loved it...and the lil extra work for legs and core...Great job!

Straight legged pincha presses come and go in my practice, but they are consistent when I follow this video regularly. I love Andrew's flows and energy!

Wonderful class for neck and shoulders, would be nice after all the shoulder prep to finish on a "peak pose" like an arm balance, maybe bhujapidasana?

Currently recovering from a serious shoulder injury that occurred months ago (therapy got delayed and screwed up due to effects of pandemic) and wow is this hard and at certain points inaccessible to me but I think it is just what I need. Thank you.

Do you have any less intense shoulder routines? This was a lot, I left with even more shoulder pain and tension than I started with. Lots of lengthy holds with very few rests, and only a couple useful stretches for opening and relief in the shoulders.
