I really like Caley's classes. I've done two of them now and I appreciate how sensitive she is to potential flexibility and structural limitations in her students. She makes the poses accessible by offering variations. Thank you 🙏

Appreciate the hamstring injury reference-I have same, on right leg though. Your demeanor, dialogue, pacing, etc. are spot-on. Wish you had more videos-love them!!!! THANK YOU.

I have really tight hips and also have a right hip injury that will flare up often. This hip stretch give me intense relief and i do it often. I am truly so grateful for it! Thank You Alo and Caley! 🙏

At the age of 61 I have started to develop some signs of hip rigidity and I have tried several things but this is the one really has helped me! Great stuff!

Great class! It included all of my favorite hip openers and love that Caley always incorporates something out of the ordinary in her classes. This was my first time doing active single pigeon and I will definitely being incorporating it into future flows. Keep these coming!

loved this easy simple hip flow! there are days after working out the legs and i need easy hip openers with modifications :) loved all the info about how certain poses helps people who are sitting at a desk all day or runners...etc !! thank you!!

I have been trying out different variations on hip stretch, I am so glad I try your class. Every pose touch the tight spots on my body. Thank you. I will be doing this every day until I can open my hip wide.

This is a great routine. I’ve been managing sciatica without surgery for almost 14 years now thanks to yoga, meditation & core training. I’ve tried many different routines, this is one of the best. Thanks Caley!

Caley, I love this video!!!! My left shin muscle and right IT band was hurting so much while I was running (I run long distance) and I thought it was poor footwear even though the shoes were new. After I did your video (twice in one day because it was so awesome) my leg troubles were gone the next day for my run!!! I told all my friends about this video and sent them the link to it and they said it has made a huge difference in their hip/leg pains too!!! THIS VIDEO AND YOU ARE AWESOME! Plus I love the way you instruct, so easy to follow and know exactly how things should be done and feel from your description!

I loved this...as a new new newbie to yoga...Caley's instruction were clear and I did not feel like I was overwhelmed. Would love to have her do some beginning yoga flows...I happily subscribed💓

My left inner thigh & hip had been feeling closed off & sensitive since the last one week I'm not sure why, but after doing this I feel so much better already. Caley's the BEST 🙏🏼 Thanks ❤️

Though not injured, my left hip was feeling funny somehow. While it didn't hurt IRL, it did as soon as I got on my mat to stretch it. This class was SUCH A RELIEF! I even feel stronger when I stand, as if my leg was supporting me better now. Had to come back to tell you!

My favorite part of the class was the active yoga stretch, as a male runner with extremely tight hip flexors I have a very hard time with half pigeon so this was a good way to work into it. I would recommend this class.

I would like to try this but i suffer with my hips locking if I've been sat in a 90 degree position for long periods. I also suffer with my lower back after doing yoga, I get a tightening feeling across my lower back but love yoga. Should I carry on or try a different exercise? Bear in mind I am quite a physical person, used to do lots of cardio, step, body pump, pilates etc for many years but after turning 50 last September feel that yoga is a better option due to my ongoing aches and pains. Your advise would be very much appreciated.

Caley, you're one of my favorite instructors from Alo! Although I love you all. We have a very similar body type and I also have had past physical trauma I'm trying to work thru and I really appreciate all the different options/variations you give when the more intense poses become too much to handle. Also I find it very helpful how you're always careful to show how to safely transition thru poses, and you narrate how to move the body easily, in a way that I understand more so than most?? You're great! This video is great. Alo Yoga is great. Try this!
