I've do a few of these boilers and had no problems with them at all. The sides come off for access to the plate you can get up to 13 years warranty on Etec plus with premier pack. But trust me they are super reliable. Good review mate.

Drain off for the clear PRV discharge pipe inside I believe.

Mother in law has just had one of these installed I was a bit dubious as i had not heard of this make before. As an Electrician who worked on new build wiring up mainly Worcester boilers would I be allowed to install a hard wired room stat to this unit as I am obviously not gas safe certified and if so how difficult would it be.

I just fitted the 33kw in my own house and removed an old boiler mate/ideal classic setup. Second one I've fitted and have been impressed with them. The internal blow off from the prv into the condi discharge saves a little bit of time when fitting and one less hole to drill to the outside. Easy to use and easy to install. Mine was neater than this by far though lol.

That's the one I have got it installed What temperature do i put on hot water for general use and heating temperature? Currently tap water is set at 45 and heating on 65 is that right

@@umaydniassuh6511 I'd say that's plenty ye depends how hot you want a bath but 45 would probably be enough.

You can get up to 9 years on this model if you have their filter fitted with it. 👍

Mine came with 7 years but if I went for the 38kw it came with a 10.
