USMC combat vet here, just go join the military and get paid while they treat you like dirt for a bit, eventually it all stops and you get into the Fleet. The guy throwing chairs and flipping the table was an Air Wing guy in the USMC. These instructors are cringe AF, and just down right pitiful.

Army Ranger School is more than just yelling and hard physical training. It also includes infantry tactics practice as a group and some do an airborne (parachute) jump during a class.

I remember one of my mentors. His clothes are very modest. If you did not know who he was, you'd mistake him as the dude who is supposed to do your plumbing. The more elite/competive end of the spectrum costs around $400-500 a month. For me I lucked out and got an offered classes for $100 a month by a former pro mma fighter whom was referred to me by my neighbor. Good combat sports classes are without a shadow of a doubt expensive but way cheaper than $18k of yelling.

Bro, you got to check out Justin Sterling's Men's Weekend. It's so much crazier than this. They're super secretive about what they do there. But you can find information on the internet about it. They don't want members to talk about it. I know they get locked in a huge seminar room with trash can in the corners. They can only go to the bathroom in the trash cans. Don't know if the set up is the same but they have to go to the lectures all day and they are deprived of sleep. And they get naked. Nothing sexual but you have to yell all the stuff that their partner does to make them angry. They also have groups and they meet up every week or two.
