Since you did letters, time for numbers. 0 is Mega Man because he's the closest to Zero the game has. 1 is Mario because of his catchphrase. 2 is Mewtwo because duh. 3 is King Dedede because his nickname is Triple D. 4 is purple Villager because of his shirt. 5 is Joker because Persona 5. 6 is Greninja because Generation 6. 7 is Cloud because Final Fantasy VII. 8 is yellow Hero because Dragon Quest VIII. 9 is Mr. Game & Watch because side B. And then if you wanna do numbers with more than one digit, you just team with CPUs or more players. So, 10 would be playing as Mario and having a Mega Man as a team mate.
