Long beards can make you look leaner. Just let the front part getting longer compared to the sides. Dont let the sides get puffy. Shape it to Give the beard a squarish apperance. It will enhance the jawline. Also give the beard sharp lines.

@AlexLeonidas7 жыл бұрын
Yet Jeff looks puny in a shirt. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHynipmIqcukpMk If he upped the bodyfat and worked on his yoke more, this wouldn't be an issue. Don't let special angles, pumps, mini-flexing, and lighting fool you.

Alex, You always talk about how being in a fluffy state is ideal. However, you never talk about how long it could take. You're 5'5 and 180.Which is fucking insane for how defined your muscles still look at that weight. I look sharp at 145, but if I were to put on say 15lb, my back and traps put on considerable mass, but my front such as my delts, chest, and biceps look like shit. How can I start putting on more mass without looking like dogshit? In your fluffy state, your muscles like your chest look full, mine look like I don't even lift. Ideas?
@AlexLeonidas7 жыл бұрын
It means you need more muscle, that's all. Gain a shitload of lean mass by slow bulking, and give it time. The more jacked you are, the better you look when fluffy.

How is this illusion different from the illusions of lean youtubers flexing and with the right lighting?
@AlexLeonidas7 жыл бұрын
Very different. This is permanent 24/7 and requires zero work on your part. There is zero setup. The beard simply covers the neck thus making the traps look higher. It looks real in all cases.

Alex you're looking a lot bigger than 4-5 month ago! Is an illusion strategy caused by the beard or more NE gainz?
@AlexLeonidas7 жыл бұрын
I think my yoke is the same size tbh. I have gotten bigger in other places such as my pecs, delts, and triceps, but overall neck/traps are not really different. I'd say the beard is having the greatest effect here, as well as the haircut.
