Alternatively instead of putting everything in to a single overlay, put them in to separate overlays with canvas sizes only big enough to fit the element. Then you can move the browser sources around in OBS and apply filters to them individually (e.g. 3D transform and Move Value/Source filters for animations)

As always thank you so very much Harris you just helped with getting my Alerts working in StreamElements as I have just switched from Streamlabs so StreamElements is a little different. But I am getting there creating my own template. In case anyone is wondering? The issue I had my Alerts where not being shown in OBS Studio when I clicked the Emulate button in my StreamElements account in my browser. Turns out the issue was caused by me as I had the canvas of the browser source set to default which was 800 x 600. But after changing this to 1920 x 1080 everything worked and I could see the alerts in OBS Studio. So thanks again as your a real legend :).
