Great video I'm a mom of 3 boys 17,19, 21 these aren't the easiest subjects to talk about and their father isn't around much so it's hard as a mom to bring up these types of issues without them saying everything's fine I feel that this video is a great tool to be able to have them watch on their own time and take the self initiative to learn from it and if they are experiencing any of these symptoms or issues that they will now have the knowledge to address them. thanks again great video ❤

Also something a lot of people don't truly acknowledge is just how much our diet has an impact on our health. A lot of chronic conditions and illnesses can be reversed, prevented or reduced to the point you live a normal life. Processed foods are one of the biggest cause of all these issues. Reducing your processed food intake by even just 70-80% will have you feeling like a completely new man. Unless you're growing your own food than yes it will cost more to buy organic clean food but don't make that excuse. Don't sacrifice your health or your loved ones health to save money, it's not worth it.
