Sounds like someone got dumped by manscaped and now is going over to another company that sells the same thing different name. The manscaped works just fine I use it on my boys and don’t cut myself why because I take my time and don’t treat my balls like it’s a lawn and can just mow over them carelessly

The Philip's One blade has been a game changer for me! I probably have sensitive skin i couldn't shave against the grain more than once a week, I almost always have cuts and bleed if i try to shave twice a week, with the one blade I can shave against the grain dry or wet and get a next to clean shave experience, everyday! So as per my new routine i shave every 2 days and I swear it's a life saver. I'm not paid or anything by philips I've tried a lot of different grooming tools to try and shave more frequently so I'm ready for an audition as and when required however the one blade was the only tool that helped me do that without bleeding or shaving irritation.

Gillette Mach 3 works great also. I have Rosatia so I can't let my face hair grow out and have to shave every 3 days max or i get dry skin and start iching 😂
@aarshsaraiya3654
@aarshsaraiya3654 25 күн бұрын
@benjamincarvin8031 my dad shaves every 2-3 days with a mach 3 too, he gets more irritation with a gilette fusion blade but can use that too. The issue is I could never shave more than once a week comfortably and twice a week with cuts and shaving irritation, no matter how comfortable the shave is. With one blade I can shave everyday if i want but that's a little too much for me as the difference isn't big enough so I shave every 2 days. The best part is, I have a dense moustache compared to my beard so shaving against the grain is absolutely essential or it looks like I've a clear moustache shadow, the one blade specifically makes my moustache look clean af. The only way to use the one blade is against the grain ideally that's why I suppose that's working for me. My dad has a clearly thicker beard and his beard hair is like copper/brass wire, maybe that's why his face doesn't get irritated but mine always does, I have a similar density on my neck but on my face it's quite different. Someone who has low to medium density i would highly recommend giving the one blade a shot it can get you an almost clean/clean look completely irritation free if you know how to use it well. On thick and dense beards like my dad's the shadow left behind as it doesn't cut under the skin, sort of doesn't make it look clean enough but that works too!

I think it makes a decent alternative as an electric shaver alone since I’ve always found electric shavers would tear up my face. Since the military I’ve always stuck with wet shaving. My opinion is that the one blade sucks as a beard trimmer. I have a barber kit with clippers, t blade trimmers, a bunch of guards, then shears, combs. I use the t blade trimmer to edge the beard, then pop the little guard in to trim. Then use a manual razor and shaving foam to shave around the beard. I have tried wet shaving with the one blade and haven’t found it much better. Just doesn’t work for me.

The One Blade is amazing for my face. It’s great for traveling and when I’m in a rush and don’t have time to wet shave. It’s actually gets shorter than my Brio does on my face so I don’t have to trim as often. Yes, you replace the “blades” on it, but it’s cheaper than a cartridge razor. Not a shave replacement, but great when you can’t wet shave.

As someone who owns a brio with the zero blade, I completely disagree about the Norelco OneBlade. The brio is great for trimming a beard to certain lengths without completely shaving, but if I want a clean shaven look without using an actual razor, I think the OneBlade is a far superior product. I have never once managed to get as close of a shave with the Brio Zero blade as I do the Norelco. The Norelco is also phenomenal at trimming body hair, to the point where the only part of me that gets touched by an actual razor blade is my private area. To be fair I don't use any of the attachments that come with the Norelco, so they could be pretty lackluster at doing other tasks, but for just clean shaving my body, I'll go with the OneBlade over the Brio every single time. Hell, I would have a hard time picking between the one blade and an actual razor if I could only use one.
@Nptz43

Also, everybody clowning on Alpha for for the "attachments" is just ignoring the subtext to make fun of him. He probably should have used a different term to distinguish between the two things he meant, but it's not hard to read between the lines.

Manscaped gets a 4.5/10 imo. While they may not be the worst, they aren’t necessarily the best either. My main issue is the “skin safe” technology claiming to not “nick your balls”. Gave these the benefit of the doubt for a while and it still causes nicks. Replacing the blades is unnecessarily expensive(all for one blade too) and the packages range to +$100. Overall way too overpriced for what it deserves and doesn’t live up to its skin safe technology.

Most grooming products like all other products in our society arent necessary. Its all marketing, hype, retailers preying on peoples need to feel included and not left out. People survived for decades before any of us were alive. And those generations of people figured out what was essential versus hype. People now are too easily swayed because they have lost the ability to think for themselves computers do their thinking . It shouldnt take a salesman to point out some products sold in stores arent worth buying. Im sure if we all examined our spending habits more closely there would be lots of products on a list with this one deemed useless.
