It took me two years of isolation to figure out what Alpha said in 10 minutes. I got my girlfriend pregnant in college. I went to school, I went to work, and I took care of our daughter when I got home while she worked in the service industry at night. She had said that I wasn't emotionally open and didn't talk about my feelings because that was just the way I was I almost NEVER talked about my feelings I always bottled them up and pushed them WAAYY down. I got cheated on my first ex when I was 18. 6 years later: First ex got married, I comment her and say congrats on her wedding then she saw my profile pic of me graduating with an engineering degree, posting gym selfie with a big transformer, and traveling living a good life. Just happened to me. She cannot face her own reality and does not want to face me out of shame. I'm glad that my gut helped me getting to the truth. Deepest love and connection I ever experienced and never expected this. I feel the part about no time to waste and trust never grows back. My girlfriend of 5 years cheated on me. We got separated and became ldr for a year, she met someone else and left me. I've been single now for about 9 months and still in the process of moving on but I'm getting better and better day by day I'm also in my best shape. Thanks bro I really needed to hear this, been going through it myself with someone I thought I'd marry someday. But that gut feeling has been throwing me off for awhile. Her inviting other men into her house when I'm at work, and adding "new friends" isn't something you do while being in a relationship. She claims she's naive but there's just too much that I've felt uncomfortable with for a long time and its just disrespectful to do that to a person you claim you love. I have to draw back and have been feeling that way for a while, thank you for this video man, we all go through this and to anyone else seeing this, I hope you find someone who never does this shit to you. It really is defeating, and I believe therapy is a good source to help cope with the process as well, cause it does destroy you to a point, where you'll completely lose yourself. Time is too precious to waste on someone who will never show a mutual love. We deserve better than that, we all do.

Ehhh I feel you man, I'm in this situation right now, she tells me "don't write me fast" while text fast with a boy who before sent to her D photo, I said to her to choose me or him, she chose him. Hurts as fuck, all the time, support, care, love, optimism and so on, she chose someone that has done nothing for her, while I refused to continue University in Norway to be close to her in Germany, refused to work with VR in Singapore to continue the future with her, didn't talk with any girl bc I was focused only in my project and her, and she chose that other guy. Girls nowadays are heartless, and later pretend to be the victim. Just it hurts

This video hit hit me so hard. Thank you man for sharing. Just broke up with my girlfriend after 2 years of going through this. I feel so much better after ending that toxicity. I finally found myself, listened to my gut, knew my worth but never had the strength to leave her because like you said she was very insecure and never trusted me. No matter how much I tried to help her see her worth, she just couldn't get out of that mind set. She always tried to break my confidence and tried to bring me down in order to make herself feel better and beautiful. It was so draining finally put a stop to it and ended it. Best decision of my life. We live and we learn. That lesson was very hard but thank God I was able to get out of it. Never again.

I honestly love watching Alpha videos. It’s just nice to hear someone give advice, maybe not directly towards only me, but in general. I just recently found out yesterday that my girlfriend of 4 years was sneaking around behind my back and sleeping with someone else. She had told me that she wasn’t mentally feeling well, and needed to be in her bubble for a little while, which I understood and respected. Yesterday I decided to bring her some flowers and food so we could have a nice evening, and I saw hickeys all over her and I just broke and left. It sux man 😔 I’m 17 now and it still pains me. and I learned that if one sins against u, and does not apologize and stop 🛑✋, u are not required to forgive them. HOWEVER I’m NOT excusing ANY bitterness when I say that. It means that u separate from them so that u don’t open urself to getting hurt.
